Needs more improvement on room facilities and services. No information provided on the hotel facilities, city guide, etc.

Very good

It has potential, but there were a few kinks. Like when we entered the first room we were assigned, the tv was on, the hand towel had lipstick stains and there was a shopping cart next to the bed - my conclusion is the room may have alrwdy been assigned or the oreviosu occupants have not checked out yet. Also, the next room we got didn't close properly and we jus realized that it was still open when we got back. The good news is, nothing was lost so I am left with faith on the honesty of Bicolanos. The safe was locked though so we weren't able to use it. When we went for dinner, almost all the items we wanted to try weren't available. Otherwise, it was still a pleasant stay, value for money for it's convenience, room type and comfort.

You can easily check-in. The room is spacious, cleaned and elegant. The hotel staff and employees are also accommodating and attentive. The food is also delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect with an easy access to the mall and other restaurants.

The lobby of Summit Hotel Naga is very cozy, they also have a self-check in kiosk which helps a lot of guests especially when the front desk is busy. We booked a twin bedroom, and it was very comfortable. The rooms are clean and tidy. It also comes with a free buffet breakfast. Also, it is just beside the Robinsons whenever you have errands to run. The staffs were helpful and approachable especially Ms. Hannah. Kudos to Summit Hotel Naga and the staffs. Will recommend to whom I know going to visit Naga soon. Thank you for the stay!

I booked at Go hotel via Landers Company since July 19 and at this time I am still checked in. I have my breakfast at summit as the are 1 company, it's running 1 month and their hospitality is exceptional for me. Since day1 I feel taken cared of, their morning smile is so warm. I really get their names to give this review because I owe to them may remaining days for making it wonderful. Blanche who always greet woth her beautiful smile, from that moment you will have a great day ahead.. Then you will meet the 3 beautiful girls happily asking if I'd have hot choco,tea or coffee. Thank you to Maria,May and Rose and also Blanche. They are very hospitable, I was a rest.manager in a cruiseship and I would love to have them of given a chance. Thier service is world class. Summit you got great people. Amazing heart, I felt it they are giving real and effective service, not mechanical.. Thank you BLANCHE,MARIA,MAY & MARY ROSE.. I am not leaving yet please continue..Summit they deserve a recognition.. More years Summit Naga.

Although we stayed in the neighbouring Go Hotel, I spent a lot of time in the Summit Cafe, where the food was very good and reasonably priced. However, best of all were the magnificent staff all of whom were very friendly and helpful. I will have no hesitation in recommending Summit/Go Hotel to anybody I know who maybe visiting Naga in the future. Thanks again for a most enjoyable stay.

We had so much fun during our stay in Summit Hotel Naga. Hotel Summit Naga is truly a number 1 and has the best services among the other hotels in Naga, Camarines Sur. I booked a room with breakfast together with my family, our experiences in this hotel are truly unforgettable due to warmth welcome of the staff to us. We enjoyed our stay and created a great memories with my ofw dad. Because of summit hotel we build much stronger relationship to our family. From our family, we would like to thank the cute guy in cafe summit “JC” for accommodating us very well during our breakfast amidst all the busyness due to lot of guest, u still gave not only to our family but to some guest in cafe as well a good and quality service. Summit Hotel in Naga, Bicol exceeded our expectations. First up is the convenient location. Request for a room in the second floor to have quick access to the mall, Robinsons Place. Our room was to our liking, including the reliable internet connection, No complaints. Book a room with breakfast, which is one of the highlights in our visit. Food selection was superb, not too fancy but filling. Very friendly and accommodating staff, from the front desk to the cafe staff, housekeeping team, and guard on duty. Ample basement parking, too.

I've tried several hotels in Naga and this one by far is the best. The food is great and I spoke to the chef who was very accomodating. They can cater to different food requirements so long as you tell them in advance. The rooms as well were really nice and clean. Lastly, it is just beside the mall. So if you fancy eating something different and would like to try some local food, go to the mall.

We loved this hotel so much last year that we stayed here again this year. The hotels rooms are very comfortable and in a clean and good condition. The breakfast buffet is a treat for the price and the items in the selection are great. Their customer service is the best ! They were very attentive to our needs and promptly addressed any issues that came up. We would like to commend Ms. Esperanza (Bem) for her outstanding professionalism, courtesy, help and overall management of the hotel. A special mention as well as to Jelly (housekeeping), Ms. Marianne and all the rest of the restaurant, security and other staff their help and service. We stated this last year and once again have no hesitation in stating (this year as well) that this is the "Best" hotel in Naga ! Thank you Ms. Bem & staff !
