General service and facilities were amazing. It was beautiful and the staff members were also thoughtful . Our room was close to the breakfast restaurant and the pool, which was very convenient. However when I see the villa room in the picture when making a reservation, the garden looked private area but it turned out public and open one. Also, It would have been better if there had been wider selection of food items for breakfast buffet. Still the servers at the restaurant was really friendly though.

We had one of the best holidays in this resort. It’s situated outside of the Nha Trang downtown which makes it very calm and relax area too, situated on the cliffs, having big area to walk around, not big pools but very scenic. Resort has the greatest staff to answer all your needs and just for a small talks too. Most of all I loved its spa, which has wide variety of services that will make you relax very well. Breakfast is great and very tasty, restaurant food too. Resort organized nice dinners for Christmas, offered Christmas spa packages too. Would love to come back there once again.

I stayed here for the first time for 2nights, they celebrate my friend birthday with complimentary cake and the service and staff hospitality were excellent, along with the beautiful location and quality of the food. If I had to mention one thing, the hot water was a bit lukewarm. Highly recommended.

I had an unforgettable stay at Mia Resort in Nha Trang. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning location—nestled between lush greenery and a private stretch of beach, the views were absolutely breathtaking. We came for 4 nights to this amazing property! Staff is professional and courteous, and rooms are as described - modern, quiet, and upscale. Food is great as well!

This place is high recommended if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. The resort is amazing, inside the green, arranged with villa (different size) distributed on the surface on the hotel area. The room is beautiful and well organised, with private outside area. It is close to airport (20 min), has private beach with very nice sea. The service is very good, the outside area is super followed by management. The breakfast is wonderful and huge, for lunch and dinner there are 2 restaurants (international/ Vietnamese and Italian cuisine) with a good selection of proposals. Also the spa is high recommended. Just the gym is a little small and I would suggest to create a “yoga” room for some exercises on the floor. In general we spent a great time here

My experience at the hotel was extremely wonderful. The environment is perfect, very pleasant, and super well maintained. The hotel facilities are very clean, all the staff are very friendly, saying “Good morning” when you meet them halfway or always ready to offer you the best service. The beach is small but super well looked after and very clean… there is no rubbish on the ground. Just shells! The hotel has two swimming pools with very beautiful views, two restaurants with very good food options!!! Wonderful breakfast with lots of bread and fruit options! Not to mention the kindness of the team to serve you a complimentary soft drink and fruit every day so you can enjoy the beach and pool but feel at home! The rooms are quite spacious, well maintained and extremely clean every day. The spa is incredible with many care options so you can relax and enjoy your vacation without leaving the hotel. Remember to ask the hotel about the best season to enjoy sea water, as it is very clean and light blue ❤️🥹

Absolutely stunning from start to finish. Staff were so accommodating and the room was so beautiful. Very romantic setting by the beach. Would absolutely come back.

IMPORTANT - This resort is catered to Koreans and 90% of the guest are Koreans. Signs are in English, Vietnamese and Korean and everything is clearly meant for the Korean customers, from the transport service to town at 10am, 3pm and 9pm (Korean time 12pm 5pm and 11pm) to the breakfast spread which is heavy on pork and only 2 dish of chicken and beef. If you are fine with not being the main target customer, this place is okay. Otherwise, go elsewhere. Service was excellent, very attentive and customer focus, but slightly lack in attention to detail. For example, bringing pho noodles to our table at breakfast but not bringing chopsticks and spoon. Otherwise, it was excellent service, 4.5/5 stars. Location was great, nice view, nice atmosphere, 20 mins from airport. 5/5 can't get better. Resort policy is horrible. No outside food allowed, kitchen close by 9.30, so if you are hungry at night, you can't even order Grab food. In room water is only 2 bottles, you're expected to buy more water if you need more, tap water is not drinkable. Turn down service only offer you chocolate or biscuits but no extra water. Restaurant don't offer free still water, you have to buy that as well. Water is a basic human right, they actually try to monetize this. 1/5 hotel policy, utter failure of a resort. Room layout - We got cliff villa, but unfortunately for us, we got the last room at the edge of the cliff villa area. So that means unlike other cliff villa, our swimming pool is to the sides instead of the front of the building. Ferns and other plants are growing so when you are lying down on the bed or on the beach chair or in the swimming pool, all you see is plants, not the fantastic sea view. If you get room 512, you are getting a 'Plant Villa', not a cliff villa, because all you will see are plants, ask for room change because other villa get great view of the sea instead of plants. 1/5 rating, totalling not worth it for room 512 no matter how much they try to convince you that the villa has better view. (Yes, but only if you stand up. Not sure what kind of holiday people are having if they are suppose to stand up all the time). Overall stay 3/5 star. Service is 5 star, but everything else feel like 4 star hotel that's pretending to be 5 star. Policy need to be more guest friendly.

Near airport. Cliff villa was awesome. Great views and food was great.

Very nice resort. You feel calm n peace. Have shuttle to town, back n forward, 3 times per day. Nice breakfast with lots of choice.
