Questo sarebbe stato L ultimo hotel di una splendida vacanza in Vietnam,decidiamo di prenotare un resort per rilassarci dopo 15 giorni di tour intenso con spostamenti ogni 2/3 giorni di città in città,appena arrivati L impressione è stata ottima,bellissima hall,da qui in poi tutto un disastro,l’albergo è enorme,ci hanno consegnato una piantina per orientarsi,ci danno la camera nella parte hotel del complesso,camera discreta,niente di più,ma adesso arriva il bello,anzi il brutto. L hotel è deserto,nel senso che il nostro piano ha le luci accese nel corridoio,il resto sono piani spenti,stile shining,il personale si trova tutto nel padiglione della hall ad un 50 metri dalle camere,uscendo dal palazzo per dover rientrare fatta la strada nella hall,il personale è numeroso ma solo un paio parlano inglese,gli altri si fanno i fatti loro,chi seduto per terra,chi al telefono chi fa il suo compito senza guardarti,la zona colazione si trova a 15 MINUTI A PIEDI dalle camere,tant’è che ci sono a disposizione delle macchine elettriche che ti accompagnano,dovendo quindi sempre cercare qualcuno dello staff che venga con te per guidarle ed accompagnarti,la sorte ha voluto che una volta arrivati alla sala ristorante/colazione mi sono accorto di essermi dimenticato una cosa in camera,allora esco ed aspetto alla fermata che qualche kart passi per riportarmi in camera(già il fatto di dover aspettare non mi è piaciuto,dopo 5/10 minuti FERMO DA SOLO ALLA FERMATA DEI KART arriva uno che mi prende su,non capisce dove mi deve portare(io ero disorientato e sulla tessera non c è il numero della camera e neanche il padiglione)anche perché non parla inglese,mi porta nell infliggessi sbagliato del palazzo e se ne va,mi accorgo che è tutto chiuso,senza personale allora torno indietro,cerco in altra fermata dei kart ed aspetto altri 5/10 minuti,arriva una altro che mi prende su e mi porta in un altro ingresso,entro nella hall,percorro la strada a piedi e finalmente arrivo al mio padiglione(sempre deserto e senza nessuno che ti spieghi dove si deve andare)vado in camera,sbaglio il piano e li mi accorgo che è tutto spento e deserto(inquietante a dire poco)ritrovo il piano,prendo quello che malauguratamente mi ero dimenticato e ricomincia la trafila al contrario. Tempo speso per andare a prendere un accendino in camere:35 MINUTI!!!. Ritornato nella zona ristorante per il momento ristoro pomeridiano pagato ci sediamo ad un tavolo,nessuno si avvicina,dopo 5 minuti entro,cerco qualcuno che parli inglese e dopo altri 5 minuti lo trovo,mi dice che ormai il tempo era scaduto e quindi niente ristoro già pagato allora infastidito decido di tornare in camera(altri 10 minuti di attesa alla fermata dei kart e arriva qualcuno per portarmi nella hall dove poi mi sono fatto la camminata di prima per trovare il padiglione)L albergo si trova a 45 minuti di motorino dalla città,decidiamo di noleggiarlo,ci dicono che sarebbe arrivato in 1 ora più o meno,dopo 20 minuti ci chiedono se per

The staffs at Swandor Cam Ranh Resort, Yegor & Irina was very nice guys. Yegor is the handsome guy with humorous personality so next time when I go there again on March 2024 I wanna see him. Irina is pretty & kind girl with good smile I had a funny time on playing the darts with Yegor and Irina :) 2 families met there was very nice, so I'll go to Kazakhstan next year Now I'm missing Emil, Marina, Natasha and Anuta and her father.

It is a brand new rather large resort. The room was really good and clean. It seems to be rather kid friendly, with a lot of shallow pools, meandering pool-river as well as a kid zone. The breakfast is not bad, but it does get rather crowded. I guess it will be great in a year or so when all buildings are finished and shopping street fully operational, because it is situated in the middle of nowhere and great for 'all inclusive stay in resort', but much less so if you want to explore around. It is super close to the airport which is why we stayed in it in the first place.

Hello! As a traveler who visited Ana Mandara Cam Ranh Resort, I would like to leave a very satisfactory review. This resort truly brought my dream vacation to life. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed, in particular, was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room cleaning staff did a great job of keeping everything neat and tidy, making for a pleasant stay. The pool and beach were outstanding. The children's swimming pool, in particular, was clean and safe, making it perfect for those traveling with kids. Enjoying a swim and strolling along the beach was a delightful way to relax. Furthermore, the resort staff were always friendly and accommodating, promptly attending to our requests. Their service truly added to the specialness of our vacation. I had such a fantastic experience that I would love to visit again. Thank you!

The biggest strong point of Selectum Noa is great employees. they always show me happy smiles. it was great time. I wanna give special thanks to Quân(in the VIP reception desk) and Bulent(General Manager). Quân took a lot of care. I could meet Bulent everywhere I went. Thank you for making happy memories.

Ho fortemente raccomandato di avere una camera sul piano superiore del palazzo principale per le splendide viste. Le camere standard sono deliziose, con bel balconi per sedersi e sentire le brinde oceaniche. Il cibo al buffet era molto buono con opzioni sani e vegetariane disponibili. Le strutture forniscono tutto ciò che è necessario - tostapane, pasta dentale, caramelle, orecchini, caffè/tea, acqua in bottiglia. Toccare pensieri. Tuttavia, non ordinare servizio in sala. La pizza e il cocktail che ho ordinato in camera erano deludenti e non freschi come il cibo al buffet. L'alcol interamente compreso è di qualità inferiore con molti miscele di zucchero. Ho dovuto pagare un'altra per l'acqua di soda invece di quella di zucchero. Il cibo inclusivo è un buon valore, ma il pacchetto di alcol non lo vale a mio avviso. La posizione sulla spiaggia è favolosa. Raccomando molto di avere una stanza sul piano superiore del palazzo principale per le piacevoli viste. Every where you go, you will be amazed by the view. The breakfast is not rich, but it is very exquisite. The plate is exquisite, and the taste is good, which makes us very satisfied. What surprises me most is the service attitude of the employees here. I must say that most of the employees are friendly, and all the cleaning staff you meet on the road will take the initiative to say hello to you. However, the staff at the reception and the restaurant always have poker faces. They gathered at the reception desk to chat and turned a blind eye to the passing guests. An employee named Becky met us on the road and quickly turned around and pretended not to know us. The staff of the restaurant are very busy. You don't need to expect time to read the bill in the dim light, however you will be urged to sign quickly and leave. Also when you check out, it is difficult for you to expect Becky to ask how you feel. She just wants you to sign the bill quickly and leave. She always gives me a condescending attitude. I don't understand where her arrogance comes from. Generally speaking, the beautiful scenery, architectural design and food here are worth the price, but the supporting services can't keep up. Especially considering that there is no airport shuttle bus, and there is only one shuttle bus to the city every day, I think there can be other more cost-effective, especially service options.

IMPORTANT - This resort is catered to Koreans and 90% of the guest are Koreans. Signs are in English, Vietnamese and Korean and everything is clearly meant for the Korean customers, from the transport service to town at 10am, 3pm and 9pm (Korean time 12pm 5pm and 11pm) to the breakfast spread which is heavy on pork and only 2 dish of chicken and beef. If you are fine with not being the main target customer, this place is okay. Otherwise, go elsewhere. Service was excellent, very attentive and customer focus, but slightly lack in attention to detail. For example, bringing pho noodles to our table at breakfast but not bringing chopsticks and spoon. Otherwise, it was excellent service, 4.5/5 stars. Location was great, nice view, nice atmosphere, 20 mins from airport. 5/5 can't get better. Resort policy is horrible. No outside food allowed, kitchen close by 9.30, so if you are hungry at night, you can't even order Grab food. In room water is only 2 bottles, you're expected to buy more water if you need more, tap water is not drinkable. Turn down service only offer you chocolate or biscuits but no extra water. Restaurant don't offer free still water, you have to buy that as well. Water is a basic human right, they actually try to monetize this. 1/5 hotel policy, utter failure of a resort. Room layout - We got cliff villa, but unfortunately for us, we got the last room at the edge of the cliff villa area. So that means unlike other cliff villa, our swimming pool is to the sides instead of the front of the building. Ferns and other plants are growing so when you are lying down on the bed or on the beach chair or in the swimming pool, all you see is plants, not the fantastic sea view. If you get room 512, you are getting a 'Plant Villa', not a cliff villa, because all you will see are plants, ask for room change because other villa get great view of the sea instead of plants. 1/5 rating, totalling not worth it for room 512 no matter how much they try to convince you that the villa has better view. (Yes, but only if you stand up. Not sure what kind of holiday people are having if they are suppose to stand up all the time). Overall stay 3/5 star. Service is 5 star, but everything else feel like 4 star hotel that's pretending to be 5 star. Policy need to be more guest friendly.

The roo.l is clean and spacious, except for the floor. The location is good, a lot of restaurants, cafe and marts within walking distance. It's near the beach as well. Staff are nice and friendly. The soundproof is not good. I could hear the car honk from 20+ floor with the window closed, and the sound of things dropped on the floor in the next room. Also it took 10 mins to get the elevator downstair during peak hours. Full of people in the reataurant during breakfast time. I don't think I would come back again.
