Bellissimo Boutique Hotel in ottima posizione, davanti al Convento di Sant Esteban e vicino a piedi a tutte le attrazioni storiche di Salamanca. Dispone di servizio garage a pagamento, noi lo abbiamo prenotato con la prenotazione della camera. Arredamento interno molto accogliente, mentre l’accoglienza del personale efficiente ma fredda. La nostra camera Deluxe Superiore, al primo piano, ampia e molto confortevole. In camera abbiamo trovato piccoli dolci, molto apprezzati, e una bottiglia di vino che però non abbiamo bevuto. La camera anche se dava sulla strada principale era ben isolata. Purtroppo era un lunedì sera e non abbiamo potuto cenare nel ristorante dell’hotel Ment de Oscar Calleja, con una stella Michelin, perché quella sera era chiuso. Abbiamo invece potuto gustare l’ottima colazione la mattina nei locali del ristorante: ben presentata e di ottima qualità. Abbiamo apprezzato l’omaggio di acqua alla partenza quando ci hanno portato la macchina dal garage!

A beautiful hotel, conveniently located in the historic district & walkable to all the main sights. Professional & friendly staff. The room was clean, quiet and great amenities. Salamanca is truly beautiful & the Grand Hotel Don Gregorio made our stay even more wonderful 👍👍

It is beautiful structure and tastefully decorated. The facilities in the room are great.
It was disappointing the restaurant was closed the two days we were there. The breakfast was expensive but lacked quality.

We had a very large room (3.1) on the top floor with a private elevator up there. It had a couch and chairs with a coffee table. The bathroom had a separate jacuzzi tub, wonderful shower, and toilet/bidet room. The only complaint was how dark the lighting in the bathroom was.
Their restaurant Ment by Oscar Calleja (one Michelin star) was amazing. We selected the short menu and the wine pairing. We wished we had been hungrier so we could choose the long menu! We liked it so well we had the Mexican themed breakfast one day.
We had a recommendation for a great modern tapas bar called Bambu which we would recommend. We also had a fun cocktail bar experience at the Niebla Cocktail Bar.

Attentive staff. Lovely view of Convento St Esteban from balcony of room. Very close to Cathedrals, University and Rua Mayor. Peaceful surroundings. Quiet bar to relax in after busy day of sightseeing. Very comfortable bed. Large soaking tub.

Superb in every way. Service, room quality food all at very highest level. Valet parking a boon. Waiti g staff faultless. The breaksst menu the most co.orehensive I have ever seen. When we left we we were given a bottle of water as we got in the car. Go there if you can.

A beautiful little hotel in a renovated old building at the edge of the historic area. Valet parking and impeccable service. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast excellent. As we stayed only one night we ran out of time to try the Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel, but will definitely do so next time
