Camping Sol de Calpe Austral - Caravan Park

Un posto inaccettabile, un cantiere con spazi vuoti e odore di gas di scarico. Una signora compulsiva che lavora alla reception è stata molto scortese (maleducata), una volta e mai più. L'unica cosa positiva è che non è lontano dalla spiaggia. Economico ma molto scadente.

Abbiamo prenotato un campeggio di due giorni in questo campeggio che pubblicizzava una piscina sul sito web. Con nostra sorpresa, al nostro arrivo, il campeggio con piscina era già tutto esaurito e ci hanno assegnato un'altra piazzola senza ombra né piscina. Non si riesce a dormire fino all'1:30 di notte perché le piazzole sono accanto a un luna park: un disastro...

Wifi non existent but only on ours and couple more pitches. Raised with Reception, at first they claimed due to a power cut making me feel I was stupid for not knowing that. Later claimed knew nothing but would report it in the morning. Later I found wifi was fully available on the rest of the site. Receptionist acknowledged she knew that was the case and known problem specific to our pitch and either side. Suggested I raise with manager next morning. Manager was not interested in my complaint, even when I suggested they sold me a pitch knowing the wifi was not working. When I asked for a discount or partial refund she was not interested possibly because she knew we leaving that day. When I pressed her she said we were not entitled to a refund because we had not paid for wifi. I said we had as part of the package. She scoffed “no it is complimentary, you only paid for the pitch and ehu”! What a joke.
