Is a great place to stay for budget friendly hotels. Personally one of my favorite budget hotels. Just be guided that they do not have gcash payment method when ordering foods or drinks. Considering it is a budget friendly hotel, manage your expectations when booking. Overall in all rooms we’ve stayed at AC is always working and the room is well ventilated. There were just inconsistencies such as on some rooms they have slippers etc but on some they dont. We’ve always opted for the deluxe room but these are things you can request din naman to the front desk and they will happily assist :) so it is not a big issue for me

They don’t have telephone in some rooms. That’s why I call them using my phone to inform them that there is no remote of their TV upon arrival and we can’t connect to their WIFI until our check out🥲. And they came to our room after 1 hour to gave the remote, maybe they don’t have enough staff that day🥲. But I still thank you astro😘

Our 4th stay here in Astrotel Monument probably the worst stay. There are so many broken things first is the TV, second is the faucet, and lastly the room we got (which is room 616) has no bidet.
In terms of service, I don't know if it's just the day we booked is full but we got hard time asking for service. Right when we enter the room, we immediately call to ask for an extension cord and we didn't get one. Ordered something and it took so long to receive.
