I organize annual wellness retreats for 50 of my friends, and we just returned from a phenomenal weekend at Dr. Wilkinson's. Hector Lopez, the Assistant General Manager, and Jose Ortega, the General Manager, the entire staff, and Jennie, the wizard head chef at the resort, took such great care of us. Everything was wonderful from start to finish, they were so attentive to our needs, and they were so thoughtful in every way. Not only will we return, but we recommend that you do, as well.

We stayed two nights at Dr. Wilkinson's while hiking and wine tasting Napa Valley. Our schedule did not allow us to utilize the complete spa facilities, but the mineral pools were a welcome relief after a busy day. We ate at the restaurant and enjoyed excellent food. The overall welcoming atmosphere and friendliness of the staff was great. Our room was large and comfortable with quality amenities. This was definitely better than just staying at a hotel with a hot tub.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The remodel is super cute and I love the retro vibes. Room was nice, just wish there were drawers for clothing. Also the food at the hotel is delicious, highly recommend the fish tacos or any of the tacos!

This is a pretty unique property - retains a 1960's motel style with a spa, pool, and nice outdoor area. All together, it works. The staff is really helpful and friendly. The breakfast is fantastic. Calistoga is a great little town to visit and form a base for exploring Napa Valley. It is expensive for what you get.

Stayed one night passing through on a 10 day road-trip. Loved just about everything about this place. I made an error in selecting dates for my reservation and realized it after the fact. Calling to get it corrected was extremely easy. Then, upon arriving and throughout our stay everything was perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Such a fun, unique, memorable place to stay. It's very quirky- loved alll of the little touches put into this hotel. The rooms were large and clean- such great design. We all LOVED the spa- mud baths were fun and the attendants back there were awesome. The food was great at The House of Better- awesome fish tacos and get the apple pie. Jose at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. We had exactly the experience I was hoping for when I booked it- great memories for our couples trip made here!

If you like to party, OK with loud music and noises and people partying at night and then kids screaming during the day then this is your place. This is my second time here and I found the loudness to be stressful and not relaxing.
