"Llevo años eligiendo este lugar para pasar desde una noche a varios días. Es un sitio bien ubicado en caleta de fuste, agradable, de limpieza bien. Las instalaciones son viejas pero por lo demás, está muy bien en general… los empleados son amables y atentos."

"Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean and the staff are lovely too, they even left a bottle of cava in our room on my birthday!
The beds are the comfiest I have ever slept on in the whole of the Canaries. Entertainment is great as well, good to keep the kids amused.
We will definitely be back here.
WiFi is not great and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, a little tip is to open the bathroom and bedroom window, it allows the room to cool to a comfortable temperature. These are the only faults I could find in my time here, all the plus points certainly outway the not so good points, hence why we will definitely come back here."

"El lugar esta bien, pero tal vez hayan mejores hoteles por el mismo precio. La Playa de Caleta de Fuste es ideal para recorrer la isla porque esta en el centro de la misma, con un coche tienes 1 hora para arriba y otra para abajo desde este hotel para ir a las mejores playas. Tambien te puedes relajar en la playa que tiene el hotel con una piscina artificial hecha por el mar muy linda."

"Excellent Service , however be aware that i purchased through trip.com the hotel did try to charge me an extra £100 euros , because the deal i paid for wasn’t the price set by the hotel, however after the Receptionist spoke to the manager , they honoured the price i paid , all in all from start to finish took about 20 mins , the Room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, i thought the room had no electric , however a quick pop to the desk explained that the key card you use to get into the room goes into a slot in the entrance way to turn it on , ( quick suggestion to the hotel maybe explain this when you give out the room cards )
Having stayed in a different hotel previously i didn’t know what to expect , i’m happy to say i will be back , its at least 2/3 minutes walk to the beach , has disabled access which is great , lifts are in the lobby to allow higher floors, they have a chill out zone thats open from 9am which has rooftop jacuzzi’s ,sauna and stunning views over the sea , it also has two pools one inside the complex and another outside,
The breakfast while inconvenient at times having to go downstairs to eat, ( they do have room service however at €10 was not something i wanted to pay personally it was a nice touch though ) was plentiful to say the least they had a large variety to cater to everyone .
The receptionist were brilliant even with a slight language barrier , some are multilingual in any event , my advice learn some words in Spanish helps a lot !
The Room itself was absolutely spotlessly cleaned , fresh towels and bedding changed daily by the cleaners , with little heart chocolate’s was a nice surprise one slight issue for me unless you want to be woke up at 8/9am with the drinks bar i would fully use the do not disturb sign ,
The hotel has a massage and therapy i used the 2 hour service and both the husband and wife are an excellent edition to the hotel , they cater to a range of injuries , we even joked that my back was as hard as wood , they worked in tandem and gave one of the best massages i have ever had and i’ve had quite a few over the years.
There are quite a few places to eat , however the restaurant which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel has the most amazing staff and the food is great, the prices are reasonable to.
Now i know this is an adult only hotel so i was expecting the hotel to be loud in the evenings until the early hours , and while this was at the end of June 2024 i heard little in the way of noise passed 1am.
Being the night owl having the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves at 1/2/3 am in the morning is the most peaceful i have felt , thank-you Ezra Mar for the Wonderful Memories.
All in all it was an Excellent stay , I Will be back thats for sure ,

Sschere riveraSiamo ripetenti di questo appartamento,noi adoriamo e ciò che più i suoi lavoratori così attenti e amabili, ti fanno sentire come a casa, ti consigliamo sempre :) l'unica penna che pongo è che ci sono pochi ombre e hamaca per la quantità di clienti Ha gli appartamenti.

KKeylleEl apto está renovado, pero la limpieza deja a desear. No se puede estar alojado 6 dias y que te vengan a limpiar q vez, y que esa una vez sea el último día antes de la salida salida. O sea, que deberían ser por lo menos al tercer o cuarto día como mucho.
En recepción nunca contestan el teléfono ( no es porque estén ocupados, lo he comprobado llamando desde la puerta y he visto q realmente no les apetecía contestar) será sus normas no?
La verdad que esperaba un poco mejor el servicio y la atención.

UUtente ospiteThe accommodation needs updating and needs TLC until they get round to it. It is very clean, staff are friendly and happy to help. where we had fridge and kettle need to have double plug, they was quick and gave me a extension lead to use both together. it a shame bar inside not opened as we had windy nights and we was sat pool bar with patio heaters on which i didnt do.
Lovely that in your accommodation you are told about put your towels down around the pool, that they get removed if not being used so no blocking sunbeds.
could do with some paperwork for you to keep on your visit on what time you choice for meals and also what time snacks available on the all inclusive.
It a lovely touch that you get a towel for you to use at the pool i not been to hotel that gives you them..
Food is good for a 3star only thing would be a problem in higher season is only 1 toaster in dining room.
I full enjoyed my stay here. I would stay here again..

UUtente ospiteÈ la terza volta che soggiorno qui e vedo che stanno apportando dei miglioramenti, come la sostituzione di porte e finestre. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare che finissero le pulizie, ma ne è valsa la pena perché era tutto pulito. Gli asciugamani erano molto buoni e il letto era grande e comodo. Ripeteremo
