Spotlessly clean, inside apartments and all outside areas. I'd read about fights for sunbeds but no issues when we were there, always plenty of spaces. Lovely heated pool too Apartment had bedroom with 2 beds pushed together, wardrobe with a safe and an iron. Bed settee in lounge area. Hairdryer in bathroom and the kitchen area had an electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and enough plates etc for 3. Second visit and would definitely go again

Once again we found a self catering hotel just up our street. We wanted the choice to eat in or venture out into the resort for a meal. The one bedroom was very spacious. Large living room with table and small kitchen. Large sofa at one end with plenty of room to sit on. Also good size shower room. Can't fault this at all. I would come here again.

I stayed here for 11 days in January, having read some of the adverse comments regarding privacy and lack of sun on balconies I emailed reception requesting an upper floor with a sunny balcony and thankfully the room I got was perfect. COMPLEX ＞ Looking around the complex it appears that the layout was chosen to maximise the number of apartments which could be fitted into the site. This has resulted in a pool area which is totally inadequate for the size of the complex and many of the apartments getting no sun and groups of apartments especially on the ground floor being grouped together in squares with patios which all overlooked each other. ＞ There is a small bar / cafe which is often closed and never seems to have more than 3 or 4 people in it, having read previous reviews I had already decided not to try it. RECEPTION ＞ Staff on reception were friendly and efficient, I had a problem with a broken shelf and it was replaced in a couple of hours. As stated above they also took into account my emailed room request which many complexes do not. APARTMENT ＞ Having regard to the cost of my stay the apartment represented excellent value for money, it would however benefit from more homely decor e.g. pictures on the walls and better quality beds which I found very uncomfortable. ＞ Shower room was quite modern and there was always hot water, the towels were a bit rough, as well as getting dried you also exfoliate your dead skin! ＞ The equipment and facilities in the apartment were pretty comprehensive (large screen TV with many UK channels, twin ceramic hob, microwave, coffee percolator, kettle, iron, hair dryer, small fridge with icebox, washing up sponge / cloth / liquid and complientary tea / coffee tray with a bottle of water. CLEANING ＞ Adequate rather than good, the cleaner came every second day and mopped the floors and also replaced the towels on the floor but in 11 days I didn't get new sheets / pillowcases sadly there was never a lingering smell of disinfectant| SUMMARY ＞ Although I have set out some issues regarding the complex I have to say that none of them affected me and my appartment represented excellent value for money. ＞ Would I come again, sadly no. This was my first stay in Caleta and although I enjoyed my stay in the apartment I didn't like the resort. I am a sea / sun / sand tourist and to me the whole resort is back to front. There is very little on the sea front other than apartments and hotels and the bars and restaurants are mostly in shopping centres with many having no outside seating.

This was our second visit to Villa Florida Apartments, and overall, it was a positive experience. Accommodation: We stayed in one of the superior apartments, which was well equipped, very clean, and spacious. The accommodation provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Fresh towels, cleaning and beds were made up every other day. Location: The location is excellent—very central in Caleta De Fuste and only a short walk from the main *****, shopping area, restaurants, beach, and harbour. It’s perfect for anyone wanting easy access to everything the town has to offer. Amenities: The amenities were generally good, though there were a couple of minor issues. Getting a sun lounger around the pool can be problematic, as the rules about reserving beds with towels are not enforced. Additionally, the pool bar only opens sporadically and doesn’t feel very welcoming when it is open, which was a bit disappointing. Service: The service was a highlight of our stay. The cleaning staff were cheerful and friendly, and the reception staff were extremely professional, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Value for Money: The value for money is excellent. The price-to-quality ratio is just right, making this an affordable yet comfortable option in Caleta De Fuste. Overall: Villa Florida Apartments is a great choice for a relaxing holiday in a central location. I would happily recommend staying here and would gladly return for another visit.

250 Apartments and a pool with 50 sunbeds ,pool opens 10.00 queue for sunbeds starts 9.15 absolutely ridiculous.Nice position for local restaurants and nightlife if you like sport and karaoke if not very little else.Well looked after Apartments but overpriced unless you book directly with owners.

Great location, most terraces not much sun. Got upper floor no sun and facing a derelict building. Complained to reception, got told to go pool. Superior apartments are nice and clean with everything needed. Furniture on terrace needs updating too and not been cleaned for a long time. Liked it but wouldn't stay again
