Topissimo. Topissimo ótimo lugar Supervisor JULIMAR maravilhoso Lugar ótimo para família amigos etc Voltaremos várias vezes Comida, bebida, hotel, acesso tudo 200% O mais triste é que temos que ir embora kkkkk Maravilhosa experiência

Frequento a Pousada do Rio Quente há 50 anos. O lugar é maravilhoso; lindos jardins, piscinas naturais de água corrente, com fundo de seixos, bela vegetação natural. Entretanto, o conceito de diversão é irritante, com música altíssima onde quer que se esteja. A comida é muito farta, caríssima e de baixa qualidade. As acomodações são apertadas e têm decoração simples, sem qualquer atrativo. Check-in muito lento e confuso sempre!

We fly to GYN airport and it is over 2 hours (paid expensive transfer) to the hotel Pousada. My mother felt at one of the parks and got no assistance by park personnel, including life guards. I made an official complaint and no one called me to see what happened. Then, my daughter had a stomach intoxication and went to ambulatory. We noticed other kids and elderly people with similar problems. Again, no follow up to see if she was better. Few days after, we all got stomach bugs. Front desk personal were very young and not well trained. The food didn’t not match the high price of this resort. I am deeply disappointed and I would not recommend it to anyone.

EU AMEI ESSE LUGAR, EU SEMPRE VENHO AQUI MAIS DESSA VEZ FOI MUITO DIFERENTE, PORQUE EU CONHECI O GRUPO TEENS, ELES ME FIZERAM RIR BASTANTE E ME DIVERTIR COM A GALERA QUE TEM LÁ, EM FIM FOI INCRÍVEL!!!

We had a wonderful time at this resort until it came time to check out. We were double charged for multiple items that were billed to the room and also the valet that parked the car put a dent in the door and somehow the car was out of gas, even though we gave it to the valet with a half a tank, almost as if someone was out joy riding in my car. The manager was no help with this and I am contemplating legal action. Most of the staff and the facility were amazing but it only takes one bad experience to ruin your stay.

The Hotel is the oldest in the complex/farm but the best located for easy access to the natural pools with hot spring water. Staff is extremely friendly, restaurants have very good and varied food. We spent 5 very relaxing days and wouldn’t exitate to come back. A must see place of fantastic Brasil beyond its beaches.

Hotel Pousada- It’s gotten pretty run down since we were last here 15 years ago. The food is very bad. Lots of leftovers from the day before. Mattresses are hard as a rock and pillows are basically very flat. The dining tables are not very clean. First thing in the morning the dining tables are still dirty from the night before. The park itself is still pretty nice. The wave pool is the nicest feature. Lots of snacks and drink kiosks everywhere but very expensive. The natural rock pools are nice to relax in- one of the few quiet areas. This is a family park so I can’t really complain about the noise. I think COVID took a toll on Brasil as the hospitality is not what it was even since 2018 when we were last in Brasil.

The hotel is the oldest in the Rio Quente complex But the best located for access to the natural pools. Staff is extremely friendly and food at the Casa de Cora main restaurant is very good and with a wealth of choices. A must visit place. The hotel has respected the surrounding nature of the area.
