Company Outing Overnight Stay 150 persons Beach - clean, nice sunset and horizon view. Shallow waters. BUT in the afternoon, due to low tide, you will not be able to swim at all. So take advantage of a morning swim. Rooms - just okay. Single manual key per room. You can leave the key at the reception for storing/safekeep. The blanket is like a bed sheet (thin). Spacious and well-ventilated Bathrooms - spacious. Slippery bathroom so be careful. Shower water slow at first and takes time. Staff - courteous and greets you all the time. Anyone can assist you anytime. Pool - I only saw 3 pools. 1) kiddie pool with slide, 2) 4.5 ft pool, 3) 5-6.5 ft pool Outdoor activities - relay games, basketball, beach volleyball, water activities (kayak, banana boat, boat ride) There are cabanas/huts at the beach front. Parking - shaded by trees, spacious. Security - yes. It is not advisable to go out of the resort in the evening. They will give you a gate pass if needed to go out. Travel time - 2-3 hrs from Manila. For kids - kiddie pool, playground, wishing well For company outings, resort is spacious and offers activities. If you coincide with another big group, it will not be crowded. They have pavilions/holding areas per big group, with audio sound/mic and videoke (10pm curfew).

Sono rimasto qui per una visita di quattro notti, le camere sono spaziose e molto pulite con la maggior parte dei mod cons. L'area giardino e il ristorante sono mantenuti bene e senza spot. Il jacuzzi è stato sfortunatamente rotto. Il menu è principalmente occidentale basata sui prezzi occidentali. Ho avuto una fetuccina di alimenti per la pecora e ho dovuto cercare il alimento per la pecora attraverso un letto di pasta oliva che aveva una salsa fatta di pomodoro fritto senza alcun indizio di aglio, erbe o qualsiasi cosa che faccia una salsa neopolitana, per non dire che mi sono fermato. La seconda notte, il condizionatore mi ha rotto e mi sono trasferito in piedi con un letto più piccolo, quindi mi sono deluso quando mi sono versato un canone di tassa quando ho gettato una tazza di tè sulle lamiere. The room is very clean and it's really like a hotel it has a comforter like the ones you see at hotels we availed the deluxe room so its not that spacious specially the comfort room only one person can fit in. You can bring your own drinks or foods too inside the resort you don't need to pay a corkage fee. They have court for basketball and volleyball the price is cheaper when you rent it in daytime. We also tried their full body massage for 1 hr that cost us 750 pesos each. You will need to go to their resto to claim your free breakfast if you avail the room that comes with a breakfast, it will not be delivered to your room but you can choose whichever breakfast meal they have in their menu plus it comes with a soup which is great and their foods taste delicious also the price of their food is reasonable but they have a 10% service charge for dine in and 15% for room service. The resto's cutoff for room service is 5pm, 7pm for dine in. The resort's downside is their operations time the front desk and restaurant is only open from 7am-8pm so if you're going to need something from the front desk after that time no one can assist you because they'll be gone by then only the guard will be left in the front door and also if you got hungry at night you might need to buy food from their resto before they closes or buy from a nearby convenient store because there's also no foodpanda or grabfood nearby stores also closes early so you have to plan your dinner ahead of time. We went to SM (closes at 9pm) the fare going there using tricycle is 120pesos.Their pool is only open till 9pm only if you want to eat or drink near the pool you can use their cabanas. Another downside is the beach, the beach area closes at 8pm. Their sand is gray (but a fine sand) you can't really swim in it because the waves are strong and the water is not clear and it's kinda dirty there's a lot of trash beside the beach it's not well maintained. You will really need to go island hopping which is already not part of the resort's activity so they'll let you sign a waiver. There's a lot of bangkero beside the beach it's best to ride by group there's only 2 of us when we rode the boat so it's a bit expensive, island hopping will cost you around 2000 (1 island) to 3.5k (2 islands) we availed the 3.5k. We went coral diving (they lent us their goggles for free or bring your own goggles) and also went at the white sand beach which is in Bauan, Batangas which also has clear water and you can also spot some fish and corals, travel time going to those 2 places is 35-45mins you can also bring your food but keep in mind to really cover it in plastic so it won't get wet because the trip going there is really rocky you will really get wet because you will pass by a strong waves so cover all your belongings. It was raining when we went there so maybe that's why the waves are strong. Overall we had a blast! We indeed had a memorable stay. They even gave us a gift when we checked out they're so thoughtful. Okay, lets start with the highlights. The place is good, staffs are very accommodating and kind. They have plenty of cottages, grilling station and toilet/shower so you don't need to worry during peak season. Place is clean even when there are stray dogs outside the beach. They make sure no outsider may it be animal or people gets in without their authority. Now for the negative or needs improvement part. THERE ARE SO MANY FLIES!! Like it became disgusting, we arrived at 8am, started grilling at 9am, ate afterwards and went for a swim at around 2pm to 6pm and when we came back, there are flies settling at our foods and started laying eggs.. gross!! Pool water is not clear. They do water change for their pool every 6mos as what the pool attendant said, I saw a dead roach floating. They have a commercial fan but can only accommodate 1 cottage. As we were about to leave, we borrowed their push trolley.. ok, when we arrived they assisted us with the trolley but as we were about to leave, they just handed the trolley to my 14yo son. I was disappointed by it knowing I was with 3 seniors and 1 is a cancer patient which I clearly explained to them, myself and 14yo son. I was ready to give a big tip but no one assisted us so.. Overall we had a good stay, just a few things to improve especially the prevention of insects.

Lei e il personale del Canyon Cove Hotel e Spa hanno avuto un servizio eccezionale e hanno assicurato che il nostro soggiorno fosse confortevole e piacevole. La stanza che ho soggiornato era pulita, spaziosa e ben mantenuta. Le strutture fornite erano di prima qualità, e apprezzo i piccoli tocchi come i bagni da bagno, gli asciugamani freschi e il letto confortevole. Il ristorante dell'hotel mi ha colpito con un'ampia varietà di piatti disponibili, la qualità del cibo è stata eccellente e la presentazione è stata impressionante. In generale, il mio soggiorno a Canyon Cove Hotel e Spa è stata un'esperienza memorabile e piacevole. Raccomando al massimo l'Hotel Canyon Cove e il Spa a chiunque cerca un soggiorno confortevole e lussuoso nella zona.
