Check-in Experience Unfortunately, the check-in process was disappointing. Despite arriving early, we were not granted an early check-in. Worse, we couldn’t even check in at the permitted time and had to wait for an additional hour. Repeated inquiries to the receptionist yielded no resolution, and we were simply asked to wait. Traveling with a child, this delay caused significant discomfort and left us with a poor impression of the service quality. Food On a brighter note, the food was exceptional. Both the buffet dinner and breakfast were delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. This aspect of the stay was truly commendable and a highlight of our experience. Kids Park The kids' park, however, was a major letdown. The facilities were in poor condition, with rides that seemed neglected and in need of maintenance. Additionally, the park was cluttered with discarded items, making it unappealing and unsafe for children. It’s disappointing to see such an important amenity overlooked, especially for families traveling with kids. Overall While the food and overall ambiance were good, the issues with check-in and the neglected kids' park significantly detracted from our experience. With better management of these areas, the hotel could provide a much more enjoyable and family-friendly stay.
