Sunta Terezra Margot Sabrina Fantastic entertainment staff that are attentive to customer needs and always keep the a**osphere alive !!!! We are loving the staff they are loving us we are theoretically loving our experience here at the best hotel in the world we will definitely possibly be coming back within the near to late future I think I have no reach the word count and love the staff

Un bel resort con un ottima e simpatica animazione, bravissimi con i nostri bambini. Gli spettacoli sono diversi tutti i giorni. Cibo buono e vario, ovviamente non si può pretendere di mangiare una buona pasta qui, ma non se ne sente la mancanza. servizio pulizia buono. Check-in veloce e professionale. 3 min a piedi dal mare.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel ad agosto. Avevo prenotato tramite Booking una camera di hotel vista piscina ma all’arrivo non era disponibile e ci hanno dato una camera con cucina secondo me di livello inferiore. Avevo i pasti inclusi ma la cucina per noi italiani fa veramente pietà, piatti sempre uguali cucinati male e molte volte crudi. In stanza avevo le formiche però la biancheria veniva cambiata tutti i giorni. Dimenticavo che nell’ all inclusive il caffè dalla macchinetta non è compreso c è solo il caffè lungo (che loro spacciano per espresso). Hotel non come in foto, delusa.

The room was in the main hotel decent size the bathroom was dated the shower was very poor food was average night entertainment very poor location was very good but every thing you had to pay a deposit for your tumbler for your drinks your plates for the snack bar you had to pay 17 euros for a towel and only got 10 back also the safe you had to pay for the staff at reception were helpful and friendly unlike the restaurant staff would I stay here again no

The hotel is lovely, the weather was beautiful. We had a room that over looked the main pool area. The food was nice but repetitive. Cris on reception was very welcoming and helpful. The entertainment team were good (Margret, Justin, Sabrina and Suntai). Every night they would announce in spanish, French and English. The area where the hotel is situated is a lovely small town feel. A literal 5 min walk to the beach or the main restaurant district. Some lovely cocktail bars aswell.

The animation staff was so nice. Big up to Suntai, Margot, Sabrina and Justin ! We enjoyed the activities, thank you ! The bar staff was also really nice. We would have like to have some sweet for the snack and not only salty food... Would recommend !

Hotel clean just a little dated in places, most comfortable beds, excellent staff, food we ate in hotel was nice and tasty, good variety of drinks, we did eat out too, lots of nice restaurants/bars close by. Amazing beach area, beautiful place, relaxed and friendly a**osphere. Was early in the season so not overly busy which is maybe a blessing.

Nice hotel for families, good food and drinks. Chambers are simple but good. Close ti the beautifull sea. Entertainment really nice a lot of activities for all family. I really try to go back next year
