We got lucky! A cancellation for dinner suddenly came up and 7 of us were welcomed to this heavenly place. Difficult to describe its natural beauty. The staff were all delightful, helpful and made us feel very wanted Food at the Sea Beach restaurant was superb. Would return in a heartbeat! A memorable night Thank you Cap Rocat!

We spent 5 nights at the resort in June 2025. It was a very happy, relaxing experience, right up there as one of the best (if not the best) places we have stayed in. The location is stunning and the hotel is so elegant. We took advantage of all that the hotel has to offer - lovely pool and beach areas, beautiful restaurants and bar area, free bikes to explore the area. A really chilled vibe throughout - great food and drinks. We just loved the place and would highly recommend. We do not understand the negative reviews left by others about hotel staff. Our experience of each and every staff member was top drawer - nothing was too much trouble and all were friendly, good humoured and accommodating. For us, you can’t fake that for just one guest over others as it is indicative of great staff culture given our wonderful experience was consistent across all staff at hotel - from concierge, front desk, cleaning staff, restaurant and bar waiters and management who are quietly in the background overseeing. An unforgettable experience for us and one we hope to repeat.

Our dinner at Sea Club at Cap Rocat was absolutely fantastic and a highlight of our trip. It was our first time dining here, and we left feeling genuinely happy, relaxed, and thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. We’re from central London and are lucky to be spoiled for choice when it comes to high-end dining. So, we naturally arrived with fairly high expectations—but Sea Club surpassed them in every way. The setting is beautiful and serene, with stunning views that immediately set the tone for something special. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless. Every member of staff was warm, friendly, and effortlessly professional. They struck the perfect balance—attentive without being intrusive, polished yet relaxed. It felt seamless, never over the top or forced, and it really allowed us to unwind and enjoy the moment. The food was equally outstanding. Every dish was prepared with care and beautifully presented. The salt-baked fish in particular was a real highlight—fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of delicate flavour. You could taste the quality of the ingredients and the thought behind each dish. It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers so well on every level—atmosphere, service, and food—but Sea Club truly did. We left already talking about when we could return and will absolutely be recommending this gem to any friends visiting Mallorca in the future. This was one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time. Sea Club is a very special place, and we can’t wait to come back.

They charge five star hotel rates but do not offer the commensurate services. Upon arrival, we requested newspapers, adaptor and shower caps, small weights, and wash rags for face. We never got same until asking four or five more times. We requested umbrellas by the pool as it was really sunny. The manager, Guillermo, told us he was not responsible for shade! Completely argumentative and rude. The gym looks like a small closet. My travel agent sent some chocolates- we got two small chocolates the size of almonds. I asked the next night if we could have two- nope. “That was a present from your agent”. Yet they are quick to charge you for a deposit on adaptors without informing the guest and a charitable donation. The hotel itself is in a beautiful location and the food is good. Yet they are really cheap when it comes to offer small gestures of appreciation. Would not stay there again. Management has the attitude that guests come second, the hotel staff is always first.
