Hotel in zona Nocchio, Il Cairo

What an amazing and luxurious hotel it is. We enjoyed our one week stay and had one of the best experiences ever in Cairo. It all started with meeting Nabil the doorman with his beautiful smile and then with Yousef at the reception desk who helped us with our check in. Mostafa and Arafa from the house keeping, made our stay amazing with paying attention to details with their beautiful smile and attitude. Also Ibrahim as well made it a pleasant experience. To top it up Hashem the house keeping supervisor also made sure our needs are met and everything is to our liking. Abdullah El Sayed, ohhh ohhh what an amazing guy he is. Every morning made sure we are taken care off from our coffee, juices to making sure I have my specialty Egyptian breakfast made up to my likings. Fresh Iskandarani fool, taameya and to top it up feeteer meshaltet with 3assal. WOWWWW. Abdullah made sure to remember my type of coffee without asking (decaf coffee). Also Amr did an amazing job taking care of us when Abdullah is serving other tables. Sayed Farouk the lounge supervisor also made sure to receive our feedback with a great attitude and smile and we really enjoyed our conversation with him. Ayman, with his amazing smile and shisha, always made sure we are hooked the whole evening and with our couple visits to the restaurant. The pool team were unbelievable from Mohamad to Ayman with all the time amazing smile to Sameh at the aqua restaurant. These guys made our stay at the pool so great with paying attention to everything we need. The spa team were also amazing from Lobna to captain Hassan. The service was more than we asked for. Sameh Mahrous, what an amazing person he is with his beautiful smile and great talk we had. He is always there every afternoon at the lobby taking care of the customers and their needs. To top it up, we also received a follow up phone call from the hotel after 2 days to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. The Nile Ritz-Carlton Cairo is an amazing hotel with top notch service. Keep it up team and I hope to see you all again very soon.

Quite frankly, it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Cairo. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very hospitable and deals with the guests. I felt at home from the kind treatment that I dealt with from the staff, especially from the internal supervision staff. I especially thank Miss Fatma, as she is one of the most helpful employees. I really want to visit this hotel again for this respectful and high hospitality

Innanzitutto ho scelto questo posto per la sua posizione, molto vicino a uno degli ingressi alle Piramidi di Giza e proprio di fronte al Marriott. All'interno del Marriott c'è un ufficio di cambio. La stanza non è grande e abbastanza soddisfacente. Non c'è spazzolino da denti, dentifricio o pettine. Questo è probabilmente il caso in molti normali hotel in Egitto. L'insonorizzazione della stanza è relativamente scarsa e si sentono rumori occasionali. Al momento dell'ordine risultava che c'era la colazione in camera, ma in realtà non c'era e bisognava pagare un extra. La colazione costa più di duecento sterline, forse per la vista piramidale? La camera era molto economica quando l'abbiamo prenotata, quindi non importava.

Not the best Marriott I had ever visited. Booked because of the pyramid view. Room is spacious but a little old, service at the buffet is so-so (restaurant staff started eating buffet food 30 mins before closing - which was weird to looks we were still dining in), room service menu choices are limited (basically the same as in the restaurant with lesser options).

We traveled to this place with our infant with the only expectation of getting a pyramids view and considering the heat, flexibility to be very close to the pyramids at Giza. The location is one of the best in the vicinity, and gives a direct view of the Sphinx. We were welcomed by warm staff (Duniya) and greeted to the terrace wherein the pyramids and the sphinx were lit at night. It was a dusty evening, but the overall atmosphere was great. The incident that has set this stay apart from the others was a personal episode. The next day we chose to visit the major locations of Cairo side like the NMEC and Khan-al-Khalili, and some shopping. En route, my wife lost her phone and we were extremely stressed out in the evening, with all her contacts and memories on the phone. This is the instance when the hospitality of the hotel came into picture. Nearly everyone on the reception staff was aware of the situation, and they started going out of their way to help her. Be it calling the taxi at night and asking (more like instructing) to do whatever it takes to find the phone, to go at each and every place in Cairo and Giza we had been. Language is a constraint, and at each and every instant we wanted a person of trust to translate Arabic to English for us, and in addition, to provide guidance. Ashour at the reception constantly kept calling on my phone to ask updates. They even arranged for a late breakfast for us. To cut the story, we did FIND the phone and there was a happy story in the end. I have to place emphasis on the fact, that Cairo and Egypt functions on a different set of principles that involves a lot of over selling. If we can separate that emotion, and trust on such people who are really willing to help (they still might want to sell you a package ;)), sets the experience apart. They even treated our young kid with a friendship band. The restaurant food quality could be improved, but please remember, first and foremost its a tourist place with a very high footfall. I would like to visit Cairo again, and without a beat stay at this place. Thanks Duniya and Ashour for us to make our stay a very memorable one.

Utilizzato da una donna giapponese che viaggia da sola. Sono rimasto sorpreso dalla gentilezza del personale. Hanno organizzato un tour secondo i miei desideri, mi hanno assegnato una guida che parlava correntemente il giapponese e mi hanno accompagnato quando sono uscito per una breve gita in un ristorante Koshari anche se non facevo parte del servizio. Mi sono sentito molto sicuro e lì non c'era pericolo e potevo trascorrere il mio tempo senza preoccuparmi di nulla. Piuttosto che ordinare un tour da un'altra compagnia, ho pensato che sarebbe stato più flessibile e più ragionevole chiedere allo staff di questo hotel di organizzare il tour per me. La prossima volta che andrò lascerò tutto all'hotel. Inoltre, scegliere un negozio di souvenir in Egitto può essere pericoloso, ma puoi fare acquisti in tutta sicurezza nei negozi selezionati dalla guida in questo hotel. One of the highlights of my visit was the traditional Egyptian breakfast served each morning. From fluffy falafel and creamy hummus to freshly baked bread and flavorful shakshuka, every bite was a delight. The breakfast not only provided a hearty start to the day but also offered a genuine taste of local culture. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the pyramids, and the staff were always ready to assist with any inquiries or arrangements. Their warm hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. After a day of exploring, returning to the comfort of my spotless room and indulging in the exquisite breakfast the next morning was the perfect way to experience the magic of Egypt.
