Again, Sofitel proved to be the best hotel in Cairo with its luxurious amenities and breathtaking view of the Nile. The food at Kebabgy is delicious (best restaurant on the premise), so don’t miss going there during your stay.

What an amazing and luxurious hotel it is. We enjoyed our one week stay and had one of the best experiences ever in Cairo. It all started with meeting Nabil the doorman with his beautiful smile and then with Yousef at the reception desk who helped us with our check in. Mostafa and Arafa from the house keeping, made our stay amazing with paying attention to details with their beautiful smile and attitude. Also Ibrahim as well made it a pleasant experience. To top it up Hashem the house keeping supervisor also made sure our needs are met and everything is to our liking. Abdullah El Sayed, ohhh ohhh what an amazing guy he is. Every morning made sure we are taken care off from our coffee, juices to making sure I have my specialty Egyptian breakfast made up to my likings. Fresh Iskandarani fool, taameya and to top it up feeteer meshaltet with 3assal. WOWWWW. Abdullah made sure to remember my type of coffee without asking (decaf coffee). Also Amr did an amazing job taking care of us when Abdullah is serving other tables. Sayed Farouk the lounge supervisor also made sure to receive our feedback with a great attitude and smile and we really enjoyed our conversation with him. Ayman, with his amazing smile and shisha, always made sure we are hooked the whole evening and with our couple visits to the restaurant. The pool team were unbelievable from Mohamad to Ayman with all the time amazing smile to Sameh at the aqua restaurant. These guys made our stay at the pool so great with paying attention to everything we need. The spa team were also amazing from Lobna to captain Hassan. The service was more than we asked for. Sameh Mahrous, what an amazing person he is with his beautiful smile and great talk we had. He is always there every afternoon at the lobby taking care of the customers and their needs. To top it up, we also received a follow up phone call from the hotel after 2 days to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. The Nile Ritz-Carlton Cairo is an amazing hotel with top notch service. Keep it up team and I hope to see you all again very soon.

Sono stata in questo magnifico hotel per due giorni con la mia famiglia e altri amici . L’hotel è pulito ,ottima qualità prezzo ,il cibo di ottima qualità.gentilezza e cortesia alla reception ,dove abbiamo conosciuto hossam,un ragazzo che parla italiano e ci ha aiutato a stampare alcuni documenti importanti ,gentilissimo con tanta pazienza ci ha prestato assistenza durante la permanenza all’hotel. Ritornerò sicuramente qui

We traveled to this place with our infant with the only expectation of getting a pyramids view and considering the heat, flexibility to be very close to the pyramids at Giza. The location is one of the best in the vicinity, and gives a direct view of the Sphinx. We were welcomed by warm staff (Duniya) and greeted to the terrace wherein the pyramids and the sphinx were lit at night. It was a dusty evening, but the overall atmosphere was great. The incident that has set this stay apart from the others was a personal episode. The next day we chose to visit the major locations of Cairo side like the NMEC and Khan-al-Khalili, and some shopping. En route, my wife lost her phone and we were extremely stressed out in the evening, with all her contacts and memories on the phone. This is the instance when the hospitality of the hotel came into picture. Nearly everyone on the reception staff was aware of the situation, and they started going out of their way to help her. Be it calling the taxi at night and asking (more like instructing) to do whatever it takes to find the phone, to go at each and every place in Cairo and Giza we had been. Language is a constraint, and at each and every instant we wanted a person of trust to translate Arabic to English for us, and in addition, to provide guidance. Ashour at the reception constantly kept calling on my phone to ask updates. They even arranged for a late breakfast for us. To cut the story, we did FIND the phone and there was a happy story in the end. I have to place emphasis on the fact, that Cairo and Egypt functions on a different set of principles that involves a lot of over selling. If we can separate that emotion, and trust on such people who are really willing to help (they still might want to sell you a package ;)), sets the experience apart. They even treated our young kid with a friendship band. The restaurant food quality could be improved, but please remember, first and foremost its a tourist place with a very high footfall. I would like to visit Cairo again, and without a beat stay at this place. Thanks Duniya and Ashour for us to make our stay a very memorable one.

La vista dal tetto è la migliore. Il balcone della stanza è dura per migliorare. Oltre a questo. 5/5 Non aspettare servizi alberghieri, perché questa è solo una pensione. Per una pensione standard posso dire che questo è buono..

È un hotel recentemente costruito e pagato al soggiorno. La vista è la migliore, e l'hotel stesso è completamente pulito. E' completamente nuovo. E' proprio vicino all'ufficio di biglietto della piramide giornalista. Sembra che molti coreani non lo sappiano, ma si può prendere foto di tre piramidi e sphinx allo stesso tempo. La colazione non è un buffet, ma semplicemente mangiarlo sulla terrazza. La stanza è tesa, ma la vista della stanza è chiusa. Ma a questo prezzo, questa raffinità e questa visione sono del tutto ragionevoli.

La colazione è ricca e la camera dell'hotel è molto pulita. Se ti piace camminare, puoi andare alla Pyramid Scenic Area a piedi. Tuttavia, ci saranno persone del posto lungo la strada che continueranno a dirti che non puoi camminare su quella strada Proveranno a portarti in giro e ti chiederanno di prendere un taxi. Innanzitutto ho scelto questo posto per la sua posizione, molto vicino a uno degli ingressi alle Piramidi di Giza e proprio di fronte al Marriott. All'interno del Marriott c'è un ufficio di cambio. La stanza non è grande e abbastanza soddisfacente. Non c'è spazzolino da denti, dentifricio o pettine. Questo è probabilmente il caso in molti normali hotel in Egitto. L'insonorizzazione della stanza è relativamente scarsa e si sentono rumori occasionali. Al momento dell'ordine risultava che c'era la colazione in camera, ma in realtà non c'era e bisognava pagare un extra. La colazione costa più di duecento sterline, forse per la vista piramidale? La camera era molto economica quando l'abbiamo prenotata, quindi non importava.

Not the best Marriott I had ever visited. Booked because of the pyramid view. Room is spacious but a little old, service at the buffet is so-so (restaurant staff started eating buffet food 30 mins before closing - which was weird to looks we were still dining in), room service menu choices are limited (basically the same as in the restaurant with lesser options).
