Questo hotel è un ottimo hotel per la vicinanza all'aeroporto internazionale del Cairo e un buon valore per un 4 stelle. Fornisce un servizio di navetta gratuita ogni 30 minuti dall'aeroporto che è solo un giro 5-10 minuti. La condizione del minibus era un po' stanca, ma il lavoro è fatto. Ho usato questo hotel nel mio viaggio fuori mentre trasferivo voli e di nuovo su questo ingresso. È molto buono per il livello della categoria e ha una piscina molto decente in un'ampia zona di cortesia. Per entrambe le mie visite, tutti i miei dipendenti erano davvero sorprendenti e accolto le mie richieste, in particolare Noor sulla ricezione, che era un credito al marchio Accor.

Tre giorni in quest’albergo davvero eccellente. Personale molto professionale gentilissimi , pensano solo a far stare bene il cliente in ogni singolo istante del suo soggiorno. Hotel di lusso , enorme, molto elegante sia negli spazi comuni che nelle camere. Funziona tutto alla perfezione. Gode di splendida vista sul Nilo, distante a piedi dal centro storico. In hotel potete scegliere tra sette ristoranti e affianco c’è il centro commerciale . Colazione internazionale fantastica , assolutamente completa . Camera enorme come anche la sala da bagno completa di doccia e vasca e di tutti i sanitari ) asciugamani, accappatoi e biancheria da letto di ottima qualità , morbidissimi. Acqua gratis in camera , portata dai camerieri anche più volte al di. Servizio in camera perfetto ( mi hanno portato una rosa con la cena☺️).Spettacolare la piscina nella terrazza sul tetto e solarium con vista super panoramica… Lo risceglierei ogni volta .

Non lasciare l'ingresso della strada e l'ascensore rotto ti impediscono di andare a questa gemma di un hotel.Il personale è così generoso, caldo e utile. Dopo un volo molto ritardato verso il Cairo, e un'ora di attesa della cassa bagagli, il proprietario si svegliò e ci accoglieva all'hotel. Il giorno dopo, dormivamo molto tardi e ci fece ancora un delizioso colazione. La posizione è fantastica, le camere sono pulite senza sosta. Grazie per tutto quello che hai fatto per noi!

I like this hotel because of the location. It has a small pool but unfortunately pigeons love the pool as much as a customers and I don't like pigeons. They need to do something to limit the number of pigeons that like to drink the pool water. There is a machine that you can buy that pigeons hate the sound of and the people can't hear. The rooms are a bit small but they gave me a room where I could see the Nile the Ritz-Carlton and the Egyptian museum so ask for room at the end of the building. Staff is top-notch and goes out of their way to help you. Don't book tourist from the concierge it's a rip off. I've stayed at this hotel three times because of the location and the professionalism of the staff.

What an amazing and luxurious hotel it is. We enjoyed our one week stay and had one of the best experiences ever in Cairo. It all started with meeting Nabil the doorman with his beautiful smile and then with Yousef at the reception desk who helped us with our check in. Mostafa and Arafa from the house keeping, made our stay amazing with paying attention to details with their beautiful smile and attitude. Also Ibrahim as well made it a pleasant experience. To top it up Hashem the house keeping supervisor also made sure our needs are met and everything is to our liking. Abdullah El Sayed, ohhh ohhh what an amazing guy he is. Every morning made sure we are taken care off from our coffee, juices to making sure I have my specialty Egyptian breakfast made up to my likings. Fresh Iskandarani fool, taameya and to top it up feeteer meshaltet with 3assal. WOWWWW. Abdullah made sure to remember my type of coffee without asking (decaf coffee). Also Amr did an amazing job taking care of us when Abdullah is serving other tables. Sayed Farouk the lounge supervisor also made sure to receive our feedback with a great attitude and smile and we really enjoyed our conversation with him. Ayman, with his amazing smile and shisha, always made sure we are hooked the whole evening and with our couple visits to the restaurant. The pool team were unbelievable from Mohamad to Ayman with all the time amazing smile to Sameh at the aqua restaurant. These guys made our stay at the pool so great with paying attention to everything we need. The spa team were also amazing from Lobna to captain Hassan. The service was more than we asked for. Sameh Mahrous, what an amazing person he is with his beautiful smile and great talk we had. He is always there every afternoon at the lobby taking care of the customers and their needs. To top it up, we also received a follow up phone call from the hotel after 2 days to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. The Nile Ritz-Carlton Cairo is an amazing hotel with top notch service. Keep it up team and I hope to see you all again very soon.

Quite frankly, it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Cairo. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very hospitable and deals with the guests. I felt at home from the kind treatment that I dealt with from the staff, especially from the internal supervision staff. I especially thank Miss Fatma, as she is one of the most helpful employees. I really want to visit this hotel again for this respectful and high hospitality

Mi sono sentito molto sicuro e lì non c'era pericolo e potevo trascorrere il mio tempo senza preoccuparmi di nulla. Piuttosto che ordinare un tour da un'altra compagnia, ho pensato che sarebbe stato più flessibile e più ragionevole chiedere allo staff di questo hotel di organizzare il tour per me. La prossima volta che andrò lascerò tutto all'hotel. Inoltre, scegliere un negozio di souvenir in Egitto può essere pericoloso, ma puoi fare acquisti in tutta sicurezza nei negozi selezionati dalla guida in questo hotel. Anche la vista dal tetto è fantastica e puoi goderti le diverse piramidi al mattino, a mezzogiorno e alla sera. Il cibo era delizioso, il personale era molto cordiale e la maggior parte di loro parlava inglese, quindi siamo riusciti a comunicare bene ed è stato divertente.
