Hotel in zona EL - Assiouty, Il Cairo

Semiramis Intercontinntal is the best IHG properties. Every time I stay at this hotel my loyalty to IHG increase. It has a great local ion facing the Nile river and located at the center of Cairo. All hotel staff are professional and very friendly which makes you feel that you are at your home with your family. Room size is large and very clean. On top of that, the hotel is taking all hygiene measures into account. When it comes to the food, the hotel have many choices and all are having a great taste. Semiramis Intercontinental is positively way far than many of IHG other properties. At the end I would like to send special thank to Mr. Mohamed Senousi, Mr, Mahmoud Yahya, Mr. Gergis Mikhael, Mr. Michel Yacoub, Mr. Hassan Mohammed ( Night & Day Restaurant) and Mr. Ehab Fawzy.

Se avete il privilegio di rimanere nelle quattro stagioni, fatelo! Non ho fatto check-in perche' ero in lusso tutto il giorno e li ho mandato via la loro app per vedere se il servizio in camera ci fosse prima di entrare. Mi hanno già consegnato il pasto, come ho detto, non c'è problema sapere che il tempo è giusto per essere in ritardo e suppongo che il servizio finisca in un certo punto della serata. Ho solo pranzo oggi, non sono stato a letto negli ultimi 48 ore, hanno messo in camera nuova e hanno consegnato il mio cibo con me per entrare! Sono sorprendenti che abbiano messo anche il mio tempo di spa per domani sera. Sono anche in grado di offrire massaggi nella tua stanza, i loro servizi agli ospiti sono di prima qualità. Location is terrible because metro construction on the street and some parts of street closed and difficult to find by taxi, must drive around trough dangerous crowded and with a lot of trash around small streets

We traveled to this place with our infant with the only expectation of getting a pyramids view and considering the heat, flexibility to be very close to the pyramids at Giza. The location is one of the best in the vicinity, and gives a direct view of the Sphinx. We were welcomed by warm staff (Duniya) and greeted to the terrace wherein the pyramids and the sphinx were lit at night. It was a dusty evening, but the overall atmosphere was great. The incident that has set this stay apart from the others was a personal episode. The next day we chose to visit the major locations of Cairo side like the NMEC and Khan-al-Khalili, and some shopping. En route, my wife lost her phone and we were extremely stressed out in the evening, with all her contacts and memories on the phone. This is the instance when the hospitality of the hotel came into picture. Nearly everyone on the reception staff was aware of the situation, and they started going out of their way to help her. Be it calling the taxi at night and asking (more like instructing) to do whatever it takes to find the phone, to go at each and every place in Cairo and Giza we had been. Language is a constraint, and at each and every instant we wanted a person of trust to translate Arabic to English for us, and in addition, to provide guidance. Ashour at the reception constantly kept calling on my phone to ask updates. They even arranged for a late breakfast for us. To cut the story, we did FIND the phone and there was a happy story in the end. I have to place emphasis on the fact, that Cairo and Egypt functions on a different set of principles that involves a lot of over selling. If we can separate that emotion, and trust on such people who are really willing to help (they still might want to sell you a package ;)), sets the experience apart. They even treated our young kid with a friendship band. The restaurant food quality could be improved, but please remember, first and foremost its a tourist place with a very high footfall. I would like to visit Cairo again, and without a beat stay at this place. Thanks Duniya and Ashour for us to make our stay a very memorable one.

È un hotel recentemente costruito e pagato al soggiorno. La vista è la migliore, e l'hotel stesso è completamente pulito. E' completamente nuovo. E' proprio vicino all'ufficio di biglietto della piramide giornalista. Sembra che molti coreani non lo sappiano, ma si può prendere foto di tre piramidi e sphinx allo stesso tempo. La colazione non è un buffet, ma semplicemente mangiarlo sulla terrazza. La stanza è tesa, ma la vista della stanza è chiusa. Ma a questo prezzo, questa raffinità e questa visione sono del tutto ragionevoli.

Tutto perfetto. E' raro che io trovi tutto perfetto, ovviamente può esserci sempre qualcosa che non va, ma in questo resort abbiamo passato due settimane davvero impeccabili. Sono stata in tanti resort 5 stelle in Egitto, ma questo è il migliore a parere personale. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, personale gentile e disponibilissimo sempre. Camerieri molto servizievoli, cosi come tutto lo staff. La struttura è molto grande, ci sono 3 piscine tutte grandi. Abbiamo richiesto due stanze vicine e ce le hanno date addirittura comunicanti. La spiaggia ben tenuta, e ciò che la rende unica è la barriera corallina, sicuramente una delle più belle mai viste in un resort!! Il risorante era davvero ben organizzato e si trova davvero di tutto, per tutti i gusti, inoltre ci sono 3 ristoranti con menù alla carta, su prenotazione, gratuiti!! Davvero tutto impeccabile, inoltre il prezzo, per una stanza del genere, in una struttura di quel tipo, non potevamo davvero chiedere di meglio!

Molto bene. Personale amichevole, soprattutto le relazioni con l'ospite da donna d'Europa. Il personale è anche molto amichevole. Forniscono un buffet e caffè gratis ogni giorno. La vista dal tetto è la migliore. Il balcone della stanza è dura per migliorare. Oltre a questo. 5/5 Non aspettare servizi alberghieri, perché questa è solo una pensione. Per una pensione standard posso dire che questo è buono..

Innanzitutto ho scelto questo posto per la sua posizione, molto vicino a uno degli ingressi alle Piramidi di Giza e proprio di fronte al Marriott. All'interno del Marriott c'è un ufficio di cambio. La stanza non è grande e abbastanza soddisfacente. Non c'è spazzolino da denti, dentifricio o pettine. Questo è probabilmente il caso in molti normali hotel in Egitto. L'insonorizzazione della stanza è relativamente scarsa e si sentono rumori occasionali. Al momento dell'ordine risultava che c'era la colazione in camera, ma in realtà non c'era e bisognava pagare un extra. La colazione costa più di duecento sterline, forse per la vista piramidale? La camera era molto economica quando l'abbiamo prenotata, quindi non importava.

Ottimo hotel camere pulite e spaziose personale gentile e preparato ,la piscina pulita ed attrezzata , situato vicino a giza per chi volesse visitare le piramidi , nelle vicinanze si trovano parecchi ristoranti per chi volesse assaggiare piatti tipici
