Best Western Executive Inn

THey tried to put me in a smoking room when I infomed them I had two service animals. I arrived late in the evening and then the whole deal with the smoking room when I booked non smoking and had requested a lower level. The remote to the TV was completely missing a big chunk of the remote so the TV would not work. WHen I informed the front desk - they brought me one that also would not change the channels. On top of that the giuy at the desk seemed unconcerned and laughed at me. !!!!!! I checked out a whole day early !!!!!!!!!!! THey should not rent rooms where they clearly know the TV is not working. I left 3 messeges at the front desk for management to call me. No one ever called me. I did talk to the person at the desk in the morning and she said the remotes were all broken and they had ordered some but they were on back order. Again , I am paying $100 a night for a room with functioning bathroom, and TV !! I don't want to stay 3 nights in a hotel with NO TV. The carpets were really dirty. Not sure they have been cleaned or shampooed in my lifetime !!! I should not had to pay for this crap !! If you can't meet the minimum requirements, then don't rent the room out !!!!
