Room had a small balcony with a view of the cruise ships coming into cairns. Room was spacious and clean. had a welcome bottle of Prosecco from the staff for my Wife's Birthday!! very nice!! Highly recommend this hotel (has a nice pool too!!).

L'ambiente dell'hotel è un po' vecchio, il letto non è molto comodo, tranne per questo punto, gli altri sono ancora molto buoni. La colazione è molto ricca e potrete scegliere diversi modi di frittata in base alle vostre preferenze. C'era una signora giapponese alla reception con un ottimo atteggiamento di servizio. Quando ho chiesto di cambiare stanza a causa di problemi di igiene, ha preso l'iniziativa di aiutarmi a controllare la nuova stanza e portare i miei bagagli nella nuova stanza.

Crystalbrook Bailey was my stopover hotel so I wasn't expecting anything flash etc however when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful and modern this hotel is. Such a change to a lot of the older Cairns hotels. I felt like I was in a hotel in Melbourne! Check in was a breeze and staff were lovely, I was in my room in no time at all. There is alot of stunning modern artworks all throughout the building, very cool to find as you make your way to your floor. The room was beautiful and sufficient for a one nights stay, I could have easily stayed for longer! The location is great, in the city and close to the esplanade. I would definitely stay here again!

La posizione è la città di Carns, il 4 letto è buono per un gruppo. La cucina al livello 4 è bella, anche se alcune altre questioni non si puliscono dopo di loro. La piscina è bella e si può ottenere sconti su cibo e bevande nel bar. L'aria condizionata nella stanza non può essere controllata, abbiamo dovuto dormire in catene perché era così fredda nella stanza. Allora non c'è aria condizionata nelle aree comuni, rendendo incredibilmente incomoda a cucinare o rilassarsi. Non ci sono vestiti per il cavallo per asciugare. La musica che suona ogni notte fino alle 3:00 ci può essere sentita in ogni camera dell'ostello! Una delle cameriere del bar era molto brutta, notevole, faceva commenti personali (peso/vestimento) e disordinata in generale.

Dopo una notte ho lasciato un altro ostello locale, perché era troppo rumorevole - volevo un posto per un buon riposo, così potevo davvero godere tutti i meravigliosi viaggi di giorno vicino. Ho prenotato una camera da letto (bagno condiviso) il giorno e sono rimasto per 4 notti - grande valore per i soldi e davvero il lavoro - ho avuto un ottimo riposo qui. Altri ospiti erano di tutte le età e erano amici. L'ostello era molto tranquillo a notte e si è messo su qualche divertimento facoltativo (ho scelto di non partecipare e non mi ha disturbato). La zona della piscina è piccola ma grande! La zona della cucina grande da cucinare e magazzinare cibo. Il personale è stato fantastico per aiutarmi a prenotare viaggi di giorno e la posizione è fantastica per questi (ho fatto il Grande Barrier Reef, il skyrail di Karunda e il viaggio daintree da qui e la posizione era perfetta).

Questo hotel si trova a soli 10 a 10-minute a piedi al centro della città e ai fantastici pub e caffè sulla Esplanade. Se vuoi farlo in 2 minuti, ottenga uno dei scooter elettrici fuori dalla zona di accoglienza. La cassaforte è benvenuta e molto amichevole, rendendo il mio soggiorno un piacere 3-week. L'unico svantaggio è che il loro ristorante non è aperto ogni notte, ma non un problema quando si è così vicino a tutto quello che la città deve offrire.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hostel, I would go as far as saying that it's the best hostel I stayed in. There is a fantastic pool and common area which makes it so easy and natural to meet new people and make friendships that can last a lifetime! There is also a travel desk right next to the reception where you can you can book the most memorable experiences All the staff are always extremely helpful and accommodating. Will no doubt come back here whenever I come back to cairns and I suggest that everybody else does too!

Mi piaceva molto questo motel, perché era molto tranquillo durante la notte e il giorno, anche se era pieno di ospiti. Il motel era molto, molto pulito, i letti erano molto confortevoli e c’era abbastanza spazio per i miei due bambini. Il personale della reception è stato così amichevole e utile per me a organizzare un'unità di pavimento. Ho notato che molti hotel a Cairns non sono stati dotati da Covid e è stato così bello avere personale amichevole a disposizione alla reception e per rispondere ai telefoni. We recently spent two nights at the Pacific Hotel Cairns and found it to be good value, well located and clean. The room was modern and the beds really comfortable. The only downside was the view onto the parking lot but we didn't book to enjoy the view from the room so that was fine. Also have a nice buffet breakfast at a reasonable price. We look forward to going back again soon.

This is definitely a place that is orientated more towards families rather than couples. What was good was the friendly staff throughout the resort, the food and beverage service and the convenient underground parking. Stayed in a deluxe king room on the fifth floor overlooking Cairns city which appears to have been recently upgraded. Room smelt damp on entry and after the first shower it was evident why. It is hard to believe that someone designed the shower so that water flowed directly onto the floor and out into the living area even when you had the least amount of water flow possible. Wee bit of a design flaw I would suggest. Also, when booking a King size bed it would be a good idea to ask guests if they want a second bed in the room along with connecting rooms. I personally have no wish to have connecting rooms unless I am staying as a family. This door along with the front door were not particularly well sealed and you could here plenty of noise from outside and next door. The balcony is marketed as being intimate in yet has one chair and being a connecting room has nothing between you and your neighbours balcony. Hardly intimate. Based on the reviews I am sure this place is perfect for families however, there are better choices for couples elsewhere in Cairns.

We had a wonderful one night stay at the Heritage Cairns. A clean, spacious and well equipped room with a comfortable bed, air conditioning and a fridge. But what made this hotel even better was the fantastic receptionist. She went out of her way to help us, the lift was broken during our stay so she moved us to a ground floor room as we had a lot of luggage, she also assisted us with a taxi number and warned us that Ubers do sometimes cancel early in the morning - we had a an early morning flight the next day so needed a lift to the airport, our Uber did arrive as planned but it was reassuring to know we had a back up plan, thanks to this lady. It is little touches like this that really make a difference! We would definitely book again.

We arrived at the hotel around 1.30pm and we were able to check in straight away, the girl on reception was very friendly and explained where our room was as there are 2 towers . We were on the 10th floor with a city view. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved how they are helping with environmentally keys for your door which are just round bamboo disks and also having no plastic bottles in the fridges, just glass bottles. All tv programs were free so we’re able to watch new release movies and free wifi . We had booked a holiday package , so we also had free car parking and a $250 credit to use at any of their hotels . Would definitely stay here again .

My partner and I stayed at sunshine tower for 5 nights and it was an enjoyable stay. I want to start by saying the girls on reception were all very friendly and welcoming, they were happy to have a chat anytime and also recommended places to visit and see. Shout out to Phoebe she was lovely! The property is a little be further out of the main ***** but only a 10-15 minute walk or you can jump on one of the Beam scooters that are outside. The outside of the property is tired looking and could do with an update but the rooms are renovated and lovely. Tiled floors, updated furniture and great sizes. The kitchenette was lovely to have even though we didn’t really use it. There is no oven or stove up so keep this in mind when booking. The bathroom was a tad small but worked and the shower was great! We were in room 702 which had a lovely view towards the beach but note that this level also houses the electrical stuff so it is a little loud when you are trying to sleep. The tv was a smart tv but could never connect to the wifi so I would recommend them to update to have modems on each level. The outdoor pool and sauna were okay, only used it once and unfortunately the texture of the spa and pool was very rough on the skin so couldn’t stay in there long. BBQs are available for use but we didn’t use these. No housekeeping (I knew about this before booking) however the girls at reception were more than happy to provide more toilet paper/towels/tea/coffee etc with no extra cost. Overall it’s a great property and worth the visit for stays under a week!

Vive qui per 5 notti in un appartamento a 2 letti nel quadro di un viaggio di 4 settimane in Australia. È possibile parcheggiare in sicurezza, che è stato grande per l'affitto. Buona posizione e una passeggiata facile per la città e Esplanade. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile, soprattutto per le viaggi di prenotazione. L'appartamento era perfetto per le nostre necessità. Sì, l'appartamento era un po' stanco, ma era pulito, tempestivo e spazioso. Se vuoi un'ottima modernità, dovrai pagare per la piscina! Questo hotel è classificato come 4 stelle, ma sinceramente, credo che sia principalmente dovuto alla sua posizione. E 'perfettamente situato sull'esplanade e così camminabile a tutti i posti. Ma in termini di servizio alberghiero ecc....s’ solo così. Il check-in era un processo noioso....Ho dovuto diventare membro del club di viaggio per avere wifi, che credo sia un po'. E 'gratuito, ma annoiante dover compilare più moduli e dare informazioni per un servizio che è piuttosto standard nella maggior parte degli hotel.. Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti.Nessuna custodia. Voglio essere ecologica...ma davvero, almeno 3 notti dopo, sarebbe apprezzato un viaggio nella stanza per riempire i tovaglioli. Quando sono andato al divano per prendere i tovaglioli, mi sono detto di tornare quando il servizio di lavanderia è arrivato più tardi il giorno. Così strano. L'odore della stanza era anche un po' indossabile. Musto e dolce. Non so se fosse solo questa stanza o l'intero hotel, ma potrebbe servire un po' di aggiornamento. Il divano da sedere era molto inconfortabile.... troppe persone hanno indossato quel sedile e sembra che tu stia in un piatto. Tuttavia, il letto era buono. Ho dormito abbastanza bene se ho lasciato la finestra aperta per diffondere l'odore mollido.

La porta del doccia non si chiudeva completamente e senza una stretta attenzione alla posizione della testa del doccia avrebbe portato all'acqua in tutto il piano del bagno. Abbiamo trovato la posizione e vista 5 stelle. Letti e tutto il resto pulito e confortevole. La cucina non era servita, quindi dovevamo lavarci le tovaglie e pulire le nostre mani.

I had an overall good experience at this hostel but the rooms were uncomfortably warm & damp. Not sure if that reflects an issue with the ventilation/air conditioning on 1st floor or it's just the reality of living in the tropics in general, but it greatly affected the quality of my sleep. At the very least, it would be helpful to prohibit the use of strongly scented perfumes in the dorm rooms and/or allow the dorm doors to remain open during the day to make the air more breathable. The pricing was very reasonable for everything that was included & the central location. I was impressed at how clean & available the bathrooms were. I also thought the staff & night manager were nice & helpful. Would highly recommend if you can tolerate the humidity.

Siamo stati a Oak Carins per una serata veloce prima di partire per una crociera a bordo. Il check-in è stato veloce e il nostro soggiorno è stato bello e confortevole. L'unica questione è che abbiamo prenotato il soggiorno attraverso la nostra aeronautica e chiesto una stanza di vista sugli oceani. Sfortunatamente, i sistemi non si sono sincronizzati e Oak Carins ha venduto camere di vista sull’oceano e siamo stati bloccati con una vista diversa. Ci è stato detto che ci sarebbe stato rimborsato un rimborso...ma ci sono così tante parti stages/3rd, dubito che lo vedremo mai, ma apprezzeremo il loro tentativo. Si consiglia se siete a Cairns e avete bisogno di un luogo ragionevolmente prezzi per rimanere che è a piedi di distanza dalle attività della città.

La porta del doccia non si chiudeva completamente e senza una stretta attenzione alla posizione della testa del doccia avrebbe portato all'acqua in tutto il piano del bagno. Abbiamo trovato la posizione e vista 5 stelle. Letti e tutto il resto pulito e confortevole. La cucina non era servita, quindi dovevamo lavarci le tovaglie e pulire le nostre mani.

La posizione è second a non. Dritto sulla spiaggia. Parcheggio auto sottoterra. Buona piscina ma non riscaldata così era un po 'fredda, a meno che non fosse un giorno caldo (acqua più calda sulla spiaggia). L'appartamento 2 dormitorio 2 bagno che abbiamo trovato era molto spazioso con un bel balcone vista sulla spiaggia. Tuttavia, assolutamente ricco. La lavatrice era piena di piatti sporchi quando siamo arrivati. I fan dell’estrazione erano pieni di molle che rimase sul pavimento del bagno. Le lampade erano fuori e il resto era molto basso. Molle punti su ogni immagine dell’appartamento e cluster di polvere che si appendevano dai tetti dei dormitori. Mobili ben utilizzati con tinture su cuscini. Un'ampia pulizia o meglio ancora, una rigenerazione, è in ordine. Interessante, le persone che abbiamo incontrato presso la piscina hanno detto che il loro appartamento era senza spot. Forse gestito da diverse società/puliziari? ...

Favoloso appartamento. La nostra decima visita (penso) questa volta come coppia per un po' di relax. Le viste sono perfette arrivano pioggia o lucentezza. Il risalto del sole è spettacolare da questo punto di vista. La piscina è sempre pulita e bella e non è mai piena di nuotatori, quindi si sente sempre come se avete il posto per voi. BBQ e zona da pranzo è molto buona. Il pranzo locale copre tutti, con una selezione di ristoranti insieme al taverno locale a pochi passi di distanza. Ci è una bella sezione di gioco sul fronte della spiaggia per i bambini più giovani insieme al BBQ. Le attrazioni locali non sono nemmeno troppo lontane.

1) È stato un incubo. Ho raggiunto l'ostello alle 6:30 e ho capito che non c'era nessuna ricezione, ma per l'ingresso di Goki. Tuttavia, ho ricevuto un avviso da Goki che ”no prenotazione” dopo aver chiuso il mio numero di conferma. Ho avuto un shock e ho continuato a chiedere aiuto da stranieri all'interno dell'albero. Quando l'ho risolto, era come le 8:30 e mi sono sentito famevole. 2) Anche se Goki è un sistema facile ma devi portare il tuo cellulare ovunque tu vai anche al bagno, ad esempio (che succede se dimentica di portare fuori il telefono); c'era un tempo il mio telefono era quasi fuori dalla batteria (l'1% a sinistra) e devo pagarlo rapidamente prendendo in prestito un corrispettivo da altri. 3) Non c'è finestra nella mia stanza (singola) e la temperatura dell'aria condizionata è fuori dal mio controllo 4) La zona di accoglienza si apre solo fino alle 2:00 al giorno, dopo la quale è necessario chiamare per qualsiasi servizio di custodia. È davvero svantaggiante per il primo che vuole sapere di Cairns in termini di direzioni, luoghi di interesse, ecc. 5) La posizione è eccellente, ma non credo che io consiglierei questo ostello ai miei amici in futuro.

We booked this apartment for a family holiday for 4 people. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment which had plenty of space, air con in each room and living room, and was stocked with all the amenities that a family would need such as a dishwasher, dryer, etc. The apartment is about a 30 minute walk from the main area of Cairns so we needed to catch an Uber each time which wasn’t ideal. The reception hours are also limited to working hours each day. We did have an issue with a shower handle coming off it’s hinge and had to wait until morning to have this fixed. We could also hear people walking up and down as the complex isn’t very sound proofed. There was a clean accessible pool which we also used. There was a clean bbq space too which would be useful for family gatherings. Overall, we had a generally enjoyable stay but would consider staying somewhere closer to the main area if we were to visit again.

We arrived at the hotel around 1.30pm and we were able to check in straight away, the girl on reception was very friendly and explained where our room was as there are 2 towers . We were on the 10th floor with a city view. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved how they are helping with environmentally keys for your door which are just round bamboo disks and also having no plastic bottles in the fridges, just glass bottles. All tv programs were free so we’re able to watch new release movies and free wifi . We had booked a holiday package , so we also had free car parking and a $250 credit to use at any of their hotels . Would definitely stay here again .

Mi piaceva molto questo motel, perché era molto tranquillo durante la notte e il giorno, anche se era pieno di ospiti. Il motel era molto, molto pulito, i letti erano molto confortevoli e c’era abbastanza spazio per i miei due bambini. Il personale della reception è stato così amichevole e utile per me a organizzare un'unità di pavimento. Ho notato che molti hotel a Cairns non sono stati dotati da Covid e è stato così bello avere personale amichevole a disposizione alla reception e per rispondere ai telefoni. Grazie per il piacevole soggiorno.Tornero'.

Raccomanderò questo hotel a tutti. Anche se la struttura della stanza è vecchio stile (non rinnovato), la stanza è pulita e la vista sul mare è meravigliosa. Grande posizione soprattutto al punto di incontro di scivolo e immersione. Just 5 min walk. ****** è solo vicino, quindi non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi delle attività notturne. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Mi piace molto il soggiorno.
