La camera e il bagno erano puliti. Il personale era bello e accogliente. La televisione ha Netflix, ma l'hotel ha un debole segnale Wi-Fi. Ci erano asciugamani e scarpe, e hanno anche docce calde. L'hotel è facile da accedere e ha un 7-11 vicino a esso.

Ralph, il direttore, è stato molto utile anche durante i tempi in cui ero ancora in Canada e cercavo di prenotare/rischedermi la prenotazione. Il personale del Front Desk è sempre stato felice e facile da rispondere ogni volta che li chiamero. Sono rimasto lì per 4 notti, ma non posso dire quanto sia stato felice di aver prenotato la mia prenotazione alberghiera con loro. Grazie.

Questo hotel non soddisfa mai le nostre aspettative dal luogo al servizio del personale, è la seconda volta che ci siamo recati qui e la prima volta è stato due anni fa quando il loro lobby è in costruzione. Quest'anno ho visto molti miglioramenti dalla stanza che ci hanno fatto sentire che stiamo soggiornando in un hotel 5-star. Quello che odio è il traffic jam intorno alla zona, quindi quando si controlla alle 2:00, aspettate che non lo farete mai in tempo. Tuttavia, potreste essere uno dei fortunati ospiti che riceverà un aggiornamento di stanza gratuita proprio come noi. 🤗 We’ll see you again next year. ❤️❤️❤️

During our spa session, we were fortunate to have Ms. Ella as our masseuse. Her genuine passion for her work and attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable and personalized. The managers at the Ridge Cafe deserve special mention for their professionalism, unwavering hospitality, and infectious jolliness. They ensured that every meal was served with care and attention to detail. They effortlessly managed the bustling café, yet never failed to accommodate our specific requests and dietary preferences. Their dedication to providing excellent service was evident in every interaction, leaving a lasting positive impression on us. Moreover, the staff at the pool area reflected the same level of commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction. They were always available to assist with our needs and consistently made us feel comfortable. Whether it was providing extra towels, adjusting the poolside umbrellas, or delivering refreshing beverages, they attended to every request promptly and with a genuine smile.

Andiamo a Edsa Shangrila per un lungo soggiorno familiare. E' la via veloce preferita di tutta la nostra famiglia. Siamo più comodi e curati di Edsa Shangrila. I nostri bambini amano soprattutto nuotare nella piscina. Vorremmo dare un grido speciale a Sir Manny (guardia di vita) per parlare con i nostri due ragazzi di tanto in tanto e per tenere i nostri figli al sicuro durante la nuoto. Per mio marito e per me, ci piace avere bevande e noci al Pool Bar, che hanno reso più rilassante e facile con il servizio impeccabile guidato da Mavic e tutta la squadra di Pool Bar, Capo Anthony e Nikki! Ovviamente, l'intera permanenza non sarà completa senza un pasto a The Heat. Siamo più a casa con i nostri amici a Heat, cioè Kap Mike Cifra, Angelica Banal, Stephen Manuel, Vergel Siason, e naturalmente con il capo Anthony Catipay. Anche Luigi Bautista, Associate di servizio, ha sempre curato le nostre prenotazioni per il cibo caldo e le cure che ci ha dato durante il nostro soggiorno. Grazie anche a Sheryl Meneses per la sua attenzione ai dettagli nel mantenere le nostre camere così pulite e confortevoli. Edsa Shangrila è certamente un luogo che chiamiamo a casa a causa dei grandi alloggi e dell'eccellente servizio delle persone che lavorano lì che sono diventati anche nostri buoni amici.

We last stayed in Privato Ortigas a few months before the pandemic and I’m glad that we were back and even celebrated my mom’s birthday in Privato Hotel Ortigas!!I really liked their minimalistic room with great design. Its simple but it has everything we need. I loved their ever comfy beds that really made me relax and had a good sleep. But what I really loved about the hotel aside from its marvelous amenities like the pool and roof top bar and deck is their excellent customer service. I highly commend Duty Manager MA. CONTESA VICTORIA M CATUAAN for being hand on in making sure that the client’s requests and well being are addressed. Her sensitivity to PWDs needs such as me really deserved my admiration and respect. I also commend and thank front desk pips Alex and Bless who really assisted me in my reservations and made sure that everything was fine even before I arrived. To Divine who even assisted us up in our rooms to ensure that we are comfortable and if we still need anything else. To Aaron who assisted us when we checked in and helped us have our room in the soonest possible time. lastly, to Marvin/Melvin( I’m aways confused with his name sorry) who was patient every time we call front desk for our requests. It was indeed a wonderful experience and its was a wise decision to be back and we will surely be back very soon! Il personale è cortese e utile, e anche una buona sicurezza da guardie attenti e polite. Le camere e le docce sono molto compatte, pulite e pulite. Beat la concorrenza da Red Planet e Go Hotel. Inoltre parcheggio gratuito e buon WiFi (anche se è sceso in una notte ci siamo rimasti lì).

Torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel, il personale è accomodante e ci piace stare qui. Il posto è molto comodo vicino all'aura SM, al BGC e al mercato. La piscina è bella e hanno anche una smart TV con schermo più grande dove puoi goderti la giornata di riposo per rilassarti

Molto eccellente esperienza! La nostra stanza è stata anche migliorata. Menzione speciale alla signora Melody per aiutarci nella nostra richiesta e per andare su un chilometro extra inviandoci torte e frutta per il nostro anniversario. A CJay e Chris per averci ospitato e aiutato, perché è la nostra prima volta a Hyatt, e a Matt, che era molto ospite e molto acomodato custode di vita a Nobu, quando siamo rimasti al lato della piscina il pomeriggio. In futuro rimarrà certamente al COD!

ボラカイ島の後泊で一泊しました。事前にメールでお願いして、空港まで迎えに来てもらいました。泊まったのはボトムカテゴリーのコーラルウィングの部屋でしたが、広さも快適さも十分。トイレが２つありました。海側か噴水側か、チェックインの際に希望を聞かれたので噴水側にしました。夜6時以降、1時間おきに行われる噴水ショーが部屋のリビング、バスルームからよく見えました。音はそんなに聞こえませんが。部屋の良かったところは荷物置きスペースが広く、玄関から直行できる作りになっているところ、明るい電気がつくドレッサーがあるところ、広いバスタブの底に滑り止めがあるところ、シャワー室にベンチがあるところ、など沢山ありました。アメニティは良い香りで、ドライヤーの風量も十分。バスローブの肌触りも良かったです。翌朝のフライトが早かったのでコンシェルジュ経由でgrabを手配してもらったのですが、モーニングコールの時間、荷物のピックアップ時刻等を決めて、後で紙にまとめたものを部屋に届けてくれました。信頼のおける対応でした。
