Villa Marambat

Villa Marambat is all what I expected and more. I visited solo for a long weekend as I was invited in the area for a wedding. The minute I arrived I realized this is a pure gem among the rolling hills and vineyards in this relatively less known area of France. The first thing you see is the swimming pool not huge but comfortable very clean and sparkling blue. The house itself is quite large and has four bedrooms which are let to guests in the good season. My room on the ground floor was large with a comfortable double bed and an additional single bed. Excellent pillows and mattress. Good quality linen. The bathroom is accessible across the area of the entrance hall separated from the rest by a screen. It has quite a large modern shower and good lighting. Breakfast in the morning is jovially served to all the guests on a big wooden table in the garden. Fresh yoghurt and jams are home made and the fruit served is from the garden. Croissants and bread are always good and fresh. I have not tried it but heard from other guests that the owner Jean Pierre is a great chef. Both Jean Pierre and Aline, the owners are great hosts, very friendly and attentive. This is a great place for couples. Sunsets are magic. I will definitely return.

We loved this house from the minute we arrived.the host and hostess were kind and generous and also good fun. They clearly invested them selves in the property and it was lovely. The rooms were a good size. They were also clean and had everything one could need. We walked out from the property for about an hour on our arrival to try to get the 6 and a half hours of driving out of our legs. We had a quick bath and then down for a drink and dinner. The four of us ate together and the food and wine were exceptional. All local produce were possible. We had a comfortable night and a good but simple breakfast. It was truly excellent.

Un grand merci à Aline & Jean-Pierre pour leur accueil, gentillesse, & disponibilité. Notre séjour fût un vrai ravissement, adeptes des chambres d'hôtes nous avons trouvé à la Villa Marambat l’excellence. Que dire des petits plats de Jean Pierre nous nous sommes délectés des confitures, yaourts, glaces..... d'Aline. Un grand merci à eux Patricia, Michel.

Cadre idyllique au milieu des vignes au coeur du Gers, chambre magnifique, spqcieuse, dans tres jolie maison de caractère decoree avec gout. Aline et JPo sont des hotes attentionnés et fort sympathiques, sans oublier les talents de chef cuisinier de JPo ! En résumé un super sejour

Dans un écrin de toute beauté, un séjour très agréable rythmé par la bienveillance et la générosité des propriétaires. Un endroit incontournable pour rayonner dans le Gers. Sans aucune hésitation Un grand merci

Accueillants, marrants, intelligents, bons vivants, intéressants et raffraichissants! Que des trucs sympas en AN pour définir Aline et Jean-Pierre qui nous ont accueillis 4 jours dans leur merveilleuse villa dans le Gers à Marambat. Foncez, ça vaut tous les voyages au bout de la planète!

Merveilleux accueil d’Aline et Jean-Pierre qui derrière ses fourneaux nous a régalé à la table d’hote. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable (literie au top), le calme de la campagne gersoise. Un we découverte à se ressourcer. On reviendra
