La posizione dell’albergo è ottima
Purtroppo in fase di prenotazione avevo chiesto il parcheggio e mi è stato detto che non possono fissarlo, ma solo quando arrivi e chiaramente il parcheggio era esaurito perché hanno solo 5 posti.
Ho dovuto parcheggiare davanti l’hotel e mi hanno rotto di proposito lo specchietto elettrico della vettura, l’hotel non ha telecamere.
Anche in camera ci sono stati dei problemi, nel bagno di 3 luci ne funzionava una sola, inoltre ho avuto problemi anche con il climatizzatore che non funzionava.
A parte la posizione un disastro

Disappointed with the experience overall: hotel was dirty, poor hygiene at breakfast area (food was left uncovered with flies sitting on the food, room service barely cleaned our room, which was quite dirty after a few days, etc.), no refills of soap or toilet paper when needed (we had to ask front desk teice). Hotel claims that cleaning is done every day and that rooms are sound proof, and we can testify that neither claims are true.
Finally, upon check out, and although we were traveling with one young child, the front desk staff refused to keep our suitcase for three hours.
I will not return to that hotel, and if you can avoid it, I strongly suggest you do.

Great position on Cagnes sur mer promenade, close to restaurants although my room was in a separate rear building (with side balcony with sea views)
Parking at hotel pricey, breakfast quite basic and commonways need refurb, but room and shower room good value. Staff excellent

The room was so small. We reserved a queen bed but they gave us two single beds and when we requested to change our room, they did not accept. Toilet was separate from the bathroom. One night the AC was not working and it was so hot.
The receptionists were very polite and helpful.

My girlfriend and I visited Monaco from the States and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. An American-friendly hotel!

If you don’t mind bad service and unstable hot water, this place is good. We spent 3 nights in an upgraded room with balcony and the location is great with sea view. Breakfast with a good selection.
The room was ok. Comfortable and clean bed, separate toilet and shower. Missing a few tiles, not too clean, but ok as we did not spend much time in the room.
The train station is a 15 mins walk away. Haut de Cagnes 30 mins walk and buses to the airport 8 mins walk from the hotel.
Sunbeds right across the street is the cheaper ones and good place and service (Eur 15 per bed).

It smelled in the lobby like rotten fish. The place is very old and is NOT a four star hotel by any means. This would have gotten 3.5 stars as a 3- star hotel. Not worth the price.

This property is right across from the beach, it's quieter than central Nice, but it's only a couple miles away. After visiting Nice Ville, I'm extra glad we chose this apot. Nice view, lots of places to eat nearby, easy to get to every place you want to go. Clean rooms, lovely breakfast. Most of the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this location.
