Travelodge Caernarfon

Awful odour in one room and also drain smell from the bathroom off and on. Close to none housekeeping except refreshing towels or toilet rolls and that was also a hit and miss. No hoover in the bedrooms. Absolute rubbish key card system. Have to get it programmed at least twice every day and no it wasn’t close to any phone or other cards etc. Staff showed frustration themselves with their key system.

Great hotel for visiting the castle and surrounding areas. Water pressure wasn't that great but did the job. Clean but didn't have enough space to put your clothes, could have done with a few shelves. Overall a pleasant stay. Close to all the restaurants and the town.

Nice location, quiet with good customer service. The room was pleasant. The surrounding area is full of history and a beach nearby.

Had a lovely stay, room was great. The area around the desk was a little dark. The breakfast was not good, fine if you like your cornflakes with warm milk, personally I don't, and landed up flushing it down the toilet. For the price, milk should have been kept refrigerated until collected. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Nice and clean. Suited our needs perfectly. Staff very friendly and helpful when you could find them. They appeared to be extremely busy when needed.

ignorant receptionist, musky smelling corridors, no climate control, terrible shower with no pressure at all, filthy bath. avoid.
