Hotel economico! Situato nel centro della città. Nuovo centro commerciale in fronte. Parcheggio sul posto. Camminare a distanza dal delizioso ristorante Luz. E un breve viaggio al punto turistico Lumang Gapan. Pulizia, nuova e spaziosa camera. Nuovi asciugamani e letti. I bagni sono forniti. Ma nessuna sciarpa e acqua in bottiglia. Nessun frigorifero ma è ok per un breve soggiorno. Il riscaldatore in bagno è buono. È disponibile un colazione piatto.

The place is good for meditation, recharging, grounding and connecting to nature. The stream and the waterfall is the best place to spend time for a spiritual person. It is also a good place to reflect. I had a wonderful and fulfilling rest time at the kubo. I also get to see a lot of insects (butterflies, beetle and caterpillar) I am fond of mushrooms too which is plenty in the area according to the gardener/staff. I've seen one specie of 🍄.

ARRIVAL: From the moment I entered the fragrant reception hall, it was evident that this Microtel by Wyndham Tarlac is truly special. The beautifully landscaped garden fronting the facade and the warm welcome from the staff (Security Personnel to the Front Office Agents) set the stage for a curated experience. The entire team's attention to detail was remarkable and made me feel truly valued, all throughout my stay. Mind you, they have spacious parking too. BESPOKE STAYCATION: It is unforgettable how Sir Rob, the Front Office Supervisor, made personalized approach and really expressed eagerness to assist me with any inquiries or special requests was truly commendable. Ms. Nicole too went above and beyond duty and heeded my requests and inquiries in a timely manner. It is a business hotel but she certainly created an atmosphere of staycation for me. The comfort of the bed was certainly beyond compare. The heavenly queen sized bed provided the most restful night's sleep, and the quality of linens and pillows made it difficult to leave in the morning. I woke up refreshed and the sun is high up in the sky already - a clear sign of quality rest and sleep. JAPANESE CUISINE: I love Japanese cuisine the restaurant right beside the hotel building served my favorite dishes - the rice rolls and sashimi. It was a culinary journey that I did not actually expected but I loved all the way. I left with full tummy and a happy heart. You are my new Japanese Restaurant go to in Tarlac - IZAKAYA COWAN! It is hard to bade goodbye to the Microtel by Wyndham Tarlac team after staying with them for almost 24 hours. They made me felt like I am part of their family. It felt warm and welcoming. I wish to be back above all else!

PPhoenixmattuIl doccia è freddo e la pressione dell'acqua è debole. Devi correre il doccia per un tempo looooong e chiamare il desk per chiedere loro di spruzzare il riscaldatore per ottenere il flusso d'acqua calda. Nessun frigo, nessun caffè ecc in camera, le toletta sono deboli. La televisione è una merda! Fate un favore e restate e un hotel migliore per lo stesso prezzo.

UUtente ospiteI booked to stay at Top Star hotel in a Queen room for 2 nights during my visit to Cabanatuan. The hotel looked pleasant online and I was looking forward to my stay. I arrived early with my partner for check in. The front desk were obliging however charged 500 pesos for the early check in. When we arrived in the room we were immediately overwhelmed with the smell of damp. On closure inspection black mould was seen on various wall surfaces and on the edges of the carpet. I called reception and the member of staff was very nice and apologetic, she offered to have house keeping show me another room. After inspecting a further 4 rooms I concluded that they were all of similar damp condition. I was then offered a suite which looked and smelled fine.... fine that is until we activated the aircon and the same damp mouldy air was being circulated... I personally have an Allergy to this and so does my partner so after an hour we both began to feel unwell. I wrote an email of complaint and forwarded to reception I requested that I be refunded for the stay and I would move to another hotel. When I attended reception I was advised by the manager that they would only refund for 1 night of my stay which is ridiculous as my reason for cancelling was due to substandard conditions detrimental to our health. I informed the manager that I would then be lodging a complaint with the Department for trade and industry in the Phillipines which she didn't seen all that bothered about. This hotel has serious damp issues that need addressed, so my advice for anyone with asthma or any allergy condition is to avoid this until it is addressed. If a hotel wants to charge as a mid level hotel then it also has to perform at that level. I will continue to pursue my refund as this is in total violation and morally incorrect . On a positive note the housekeeper and receptionist were very nice and professional and the reason for my service low score is purely down to the managements failure to refund.
