Friendly staff, decent breakfast, allows us to park front of hotel for loading and unloading.
Some of the pools are closed due to out of service though.

Had a lovely stay at ensana buxton crescent. Spa facility is fantastic. Its nicely scented everywhere at the hotel. Breakfast is delicious, very high quality ingredients. The crescent room is spacious. For this price and the quality of food and facility, i doubt if you can find anything better than this in uk.

酒店位置在鎮中心非常好找，內部環境也不錯，相比很多建在老房子裏的酒店內部十分寬敞，一個人住所以選了最小的閣樓房，相當於單間，但其實閣樓也有其他更大的房型，所以不用怕閣樓。設施很新，很好用，浴室水流特別大，床也很舒服。酒店的工作人員非常友好，幫助很大，早餐是半自助，環境優雅食物新鮮。屋頂泳池雖然小，但是也不錯了，人少的時候體驗更好，位於地下的spa區很大，各種功能的房間很多，有點像國內的洗浴中心，美中不足泳池的温度不算很高，但也不會冷，室內的spa池温度還可以，但也不算高。温泉和早餐含在房費裏非常方便，入住期間spa和泳池也隨便用，這一點非常舒適。

L’albergo è in un fantastico edificio storico al centro della pittoresca cittadina di Buxton. Le camere sono nuove e molto buone. La Boxing Day Dinner è stata molto buona. Veniamo alle note dolenti. La SPA è al di sotto delle aspettative. Per esempio, in tutte le spa di livello viene offerta non solo acqua ma anche tisane. Costano poco e danno maggiore varietà. Anche la grotta di sale deve essere aperta, che senso ha metterla a pagamento? La colazione del mattino è stata disastrosa. Il caffè è arrivato dopo mezz’ora e abbiamo dovuto chiederlo 4 volte. Il pane tostato non è mai arrivato. Il buffet è limitato e non è in linea con l’offerta di un grande albergo. I succhi e l’acqua continuavano a esaurire. C’erano evidenti segni di disorganizzazione. In conclusione, l’hotel si presenta bene, ma per il suo prezzo bisogna migliorare. Molto.

Just lovely. Went with a group of girls. Couldn’t get twin beds. The only disappointment really. Lovely room. Comfortable bed. Lovely spa. Got up in the morning and swam in the top pool, sitting outside in the warm pool before a lovely long breakfast. Bliss.

Lovely visit from start to finish. Friendly staff made our stay extra special. I mentioned that we were celebrating my husband’s birthday and we were greeted in the room with a card, sweet treats and a birthday greeting on the tv. All was much appreciated by my husband. Would definitely return!!

Amazing stay and spa experience! Highly recommend. Everything from start to finish was exceptional. Staff very friendly and welcoming, lovely room, amazing spa with lots of treatment rooms, we both had an amazing massage! Beautiful breakfast will definitely be returning again.

A beautiful, welcoming hotel. Stunning , classical hotel rooms. It must be the best spa hotel in Britain, with natural water pools, an inside / outside swimming pool. The staff are genuinely friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. A very special hotel.

This was our first trip to the Buxton Crescent Hotel, but I am sure it won't be our last. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a beautiful room with a very comfy bed. The spa facilities are great. We didn't pay for any treatments or extras but easily spent 2 hours just enjoying the different pools, steam room and saunas. We ate in the bar/ lounge area in the evening. It was lovely and quiet and you don't need to book. The surrounding area is great for exploring and walking. The only slight negatives we had was: the women's toilets downstairs in the hotel were dirty, there was no water pressure in our room on the morning we checked out, and we have to wait for quite a while to check out as it was very busy. This was slightly frustrating as we had nothing to pay on our room so only needed to hand in our key card. Had we known check out would be so busy we would have done it earlier to avoid the queues. Overall a great stay and I would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away.
