Hotel in zona Buxa tiger reserve sanctuary museum, Buxa Forest

Location was very good surrounded by Tea Estate. Plan and layout of the facility was also good but the room in the cottage was a bit crammed and so was the attached toilet. Thus, comfort in stay was missing. Lack of training was also observed among the housekeeping and restaurant staff. The management needs to inject professionalism in the day to operations of the Resort.

La prima cosa che posso dire è che si può prendere un'auto dalla stazione ferroviaria (Alipurduar - NOQ) a questo hotel in INR 20/- per persona. è a circa 2 km dalla stazione e si trova convenientemente dove si può accedere ai mercati e ristoranti. Le consegne di Zomato e Swiggy sono applicabili anche a Alipurduar, in modo che gli ospiti possono scegliere di ordinare albergo cibo o da fuori. Ho prenotato l'hotel connesso con l'ufficio di fronte e pagato 1-day anticipo per la prenotazione. La tariffa ***** con colazione è a prezzi accessibili e si può scegliere puri/paratha, uova da ordinare, frutta, succhi, pane che è soddisfacente. Il produttore di tè è presente nella stanza e il ristorante cibo è delizioso. Il personale è ben gestito soprattutto quelli del front office, tra cui Sabita e Chetri. Una persona in particolare per chiamare il nome è Sabyasahi che è professionale in comportamento e molto utile. Purtroppo ha incontrato un incidente il 2° giorno del nostro soggiorno e doveva essere rinviato a Kolkata. Spero che sia in buona salute ora. Una cosa da notare è che il lavoro di costruzione che va all'hotel per raddoppiare la capacità da 40 a 80 camere, quindi la facciata sembra sporca, anche se minimo rumore.

Yes, shivam hotel a good location near to the railway station & market. The hotel room price is also affordable between 500 to 2000 the room it's neat & clean. Food service is also available as you wish for customised food to be prepared. Overall good so i'm rating 5- excellent.

This is a simple business hotel in the heart of the city. Penning down some pros and cons. Pros- recently renovated, ease of commute and helpful front office. Now the cons- no elevator, food is just too run down and average, too oily without any character, the geyser can be operated from the reception, so if you need hot water at unearthly hours you are without luck. Having said, this hotel has a lot of potential to be a nice and simple business hotel if the above issues are taken care of. Travel-led in end september
