We have been staying at this hotel quite oftenly during this one and a half month due to the conveniences. Perfectly located with everything under one roof, shopping mall with dinning, bar, cafe, bank, ATM, taxi and other transport carriers for city and nearby towns. We were treated quite well here. They assist us with all of our needs and cannot ask for more. Highly recommend this hotel to others. Great! Great!

Services is ok.But food limited choices especially for breakfast.

The boutique hotel provides decent accommodation in Butuan. However, the indoor air quality was a major concern for us. The windows on the second floor are locked, and there is no possibility of proper room ventilation. When we arrived, the room smelled strongly of scented cleaning products, and one could feel the VOCs irritating the nose and airways. The room does not provide face towels, and if you ask for one, you can rent it for 70 pesos per day. Toiletries were provided upon arrival, but we did not receive more toothpaste when the small initial one ran out, nor additional soap. Several times a day, there are power blackouts, usually lasting only a few minutes. Overall, the place falls short in terms of hospitality and indoor air quality. On the positive side, it is clean, the room is spacious, and the air conditioning works well.

Everything was good except the front desk staff. They are not that approachable and they look unhappy in receiving guests. I have been to different hotels not only in the Philippines but these front desk staff don’t know how to smile and talk to their guests. They need to be trained how to accommodate guests. On the other hand, I would like to commend the house keeping staff who know how to smile and greet their guests. The in charge for breakfast were very helpful to my family too.

La posizione è perfetta vicino ai negozi di Gaisano e SM. Il personale è alloggiabile, rendere servizio veloce e gentile. La stanza è grande e comoda. Il cibo è anche delizioso. Il miglior valore per i vostri soldi. 😊
