"I absolutely love this place,It's conveniently located in the Robinson mall so easy to go shopping and it's peaceful at night. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the facilities are always clean. We stayed here for 3 nights and we had a wonderful experience. I just wish they offered food to order so we wouldn't have to dine out. Definitely looking forward to staying here again! 🙂"

"The boutique hotel provides decent accommodation in Butuan. However, the indoor air quality was a major concern for us. The windows on the second floor are locked, and there is no possibility of proper room ventilation. When we arrived, the room smelled strongly of scented cleaning products, and one could feel the VOCs irritating the nose and airways. The room does not provide face towels, and if you ask for one, you can rent it for 70 pesos per day. Toiletries were provided upon arrival, but we did not receive more toothpaste when the small initial one ran out, nor additional soap. Several times a day, there are power blackouts, usually lasting only a few minutes. Overall, the place falls short in terms of hospitality and indoor air quality. On the positive side, it is clean, the room is spacious, and the air conditioning works well."

"The location is very accessible to the very need of a guest because it's in the city center. The room is clean with a comfortable bed and linens. Me and my friends like the shower because it has hot and cold shower. The staff is very accommodating. 👍"

"The hotel location was very good, right at the center of the city where transportation and fastfood places are close. They dont have an elevator, so you have to use the stairs when going up. The sink faucet was broken during our stay, good they gave us extra water for toothrush use. It would have been better if they did repairs before allowing a guest to stay. Bring a bedroom slipper if you will stay here. We dont have one during our stay. Silog breakfast is good and staff are friendly."

"Prenoto due camere quando ero li'. La prima stanza del bagno si è rivolta e ci vorrà quasi un'ora per la manutenzione per venire dovremo chiamare un paio di volte. La nostra seconda camera AC non funziona nel mezzo della notte dobbiamo trasferire in altre camere. Il bagno non è abbastanza elevato, quindi quando si sta dormendo l'acqua si è infilata. E'come un bagno inondato, grosso. Ma amo il cibo, i servizi e i ricevitori che sono così grandi. Credo che le loro stanze abbiano bisogno di un miglioramento. Questo è tutto"

"Everything was good except the front desk staff. They are not that approachable and they look unhappy in receiving guests. I have been to different hotels not only in the Philippines but these front desk staff don’t know how to smile and talk to their guests. They need to be trained how to accommodate guests. On the other hand, I would like to commend the house keeping staff who know how to smile and greet their guests. The in charge for breakfast were very helpful to my family too."

"Stay here for two nights with my family.nice hote.l room is big and clean.i like the toilet nice shower .staff is really friendly.they welcome us with the big smile..alots of foods around and not far from the shopping centeri highly recommend this place .thanks guys for your good hospitality."
