Hotel to ktm Butterworth station by a vehicle in 6 minutes. Can reach convenience store, several restaurants down the street. Rooms are in very old amenities. I prefer to pay more for other brands.

Pro The location is near to Penang Sentral that only 3 bus stops away and also near to Tanjung Bersih. The nearby supermarket is walking distance. Con I need to request the hairdryer from the receptionist. The bathroom is quite small The lift carpet is dirty Most of the nearby shop and eating shops are closed on Sun

The room was spacious, clean and bright. The management team was friendly and good problem solving. Perhaps, the room make up policy and maintenance can be improved. There was no clean mattress cover change during the room make up. Few floor tiles in the room were broken. The TV location was set too high and away from eyes level.

Nice and clean hotels. Easy parking and many nearby eating place with popular and delicious dining food. Good for food hunters travellers.

Good location of the hotel. Clean rooms and also good price on this trip apps. Recommended if you want to stay here for 1 to 2nights. Good hotel.

Grand Bagan Hotel's lack of maintenance was evident throughout my stay. From the slow check-in process to the worn-out furnishings in the room, it failed to meet basic standards. Overall, not recommended.

By taxi it's a short distance from the central station. The room is good for 1 night stay. The room was very clean, TV, clean towels, strong WiFi connection and AC. The bathroom was a bit cramped but the pressure & temperature of the shower was good. You get what you pay for 👍🏾

A decent room, not enough room for storage though it's alright for a one night stay. There's a water dispenser for every floor which is convenient. Overall 7/10

Been staying here many times for a work project, guess I don’t have any other different comments. Will return.

Just nice . Clean room but to small its okey for 2 person . The toilet very small space but clean . Everything good . Aircond good .
