This hotel is filthy. The hallways aren’t vacuumed and weren’t vacuumed for the two days we were there. The garbage next to the elevator was overflowing when we checking in and still overflowing- but worse- when we left. The carpet in the room was in poor condition as was the bathroom tub.

Do not stay here! Room 145 smoke alarms ripped out of walls! Dirty, stains on sheets and door busted. Switched to room 133 and not any better. Ceilings caving in and people smoking crack running through the outside halls all night! I want a refund!

Shower was cracked all over. Floors made our feet black due to being dirty. Bed had torn blankets. No bugs but outside was not clean either.

Lucy was great. The room was not. You had to kick the door in to open it and kick it in to close it. There was hair stuck to the wall in the bathroom. An ashtray full of cigarette butts and ashes in one of the drawers

Place was very shabby overall, room didn’t seem to have been thoroughly cleaned prior to our stay, but it wasn’t the worst place I’ve been. Furnishings looked newer, nice TV, bed decently comfortable, it just needs a little bit more attention to detail. More cleaning.

Terrible service, 6 day stay and they never cleaned the room. Needed to go to the desk to get clean towels and on the 5th day the desk clerk said they were out of towels. The breakfast was out of syrup and later out of waffle mix for multiple days.

Very disgusting room was not clean at all, makeup on wash cloth and a used washcloth in shower. Bugs on floor around furniture and mold in fridge. Broken pieces of furniture, needle caps in trashcan from previous visitor. This was a very horrible experience on my business trip.

The room was in bad shape Bed broken. Lamp was wet for some reason ceiling poorl patched black mold on ceiling in two places. Breakfast sub par all starches. Appeared understaffed
