”Stayed” there yesterday. Checked in right on time, met the cleaner, who was very nice. Parking was quite confusing, as I needed to get a garage door opener from inside, but it all worked as it should. This is a typical, nice Australian house that's been converted to a small hotel. First impressions were great. It all looked really nice. Bed was too soft was the only downside I could find. I then set off for the day to explore. I got back at 8:30pm, pizza in hand, looking forward to a quiet, cozy night before a big day and an important international meeting the next morning. Greeted by a large group of people who had taken over the house. Mind you, this is an adults only place, which I usually interpret to be quiet, especially given the good reviews and luxurious feel. I think it probably usually works out, but unluckily for me, it didn't yesterday. I'd just returned from swimming and was looking forward to unwinding. Instead, this large foreign group was cooking smelly food in the main kitchen, loudly gathering and drinking vodka from massive bottles, and had turned the thermostats up to 28 (!!!) degrees. It was literally 33 degrees outside a few hours earlier. I live in one of the coldest regions on earth and have never set my thermostat past 24. It was an absolute sauna in here. They asked if I wanted to join them to drink, I politely declined, went to my room, ate my pizza, took a shower, and got ready for bed. Quiet hours are posted as 10pm, so I patiently waited until then, though had packed my bags ready to go. Reflecting back, I think they likely thought they'd booked out the whole house. That's the best way I can interpret this. I was traveling solo, and this was a large group. NOBODY from the property is onsite to assist. They leave a phone number to contact if issues, but I couldn't call with my international sim. They brag about their high ranking and ”as seen on TV”. With all this bravado, one would think they'd leave a way for international guests to contact them. I tried through **********, i tried through the Baudin website contact form, I emailed multiple times, and I added their number to whatsapp (where they had an active account) and messaged multiple times. I also asked the large group to stop, but they didn't. I'm not going to escalate that further whilst alone in a foreign country. I'm also not paying for a 4 star hotel to be a babysitter, security guard, or parent. Why would this hotel allow a large group to book every room in the property but 1 - the main master suite? Ridiculous. I ended up leaving shortly after 10pm and tried every property in Busselton AND Bunbury (45mins away). All were closed with no human contact. I then ended up driving 3 hours north to Perth through the pitch black with bad eyesight, and going to multiple hotels before finding one for 300/night - where I'm currently writing this review. La posizione è a circa 6 km da Busselton Jetty.. Non mi preoccupo perché la ricezione era 7:00, ma era senza equipaggio.. Ma mi ha preso una chiave, quindi non riuscivo a trovare la chiave, quindi ho aspettato 20 minuti per il personale uscire. Le strutture sono buone ... Il personale non ha bisogno di incontrare nulla, quindi non importa. Solo la casella chiave viene bene, ma non funziona, quindi ci sono tre servizi.. È proprio davanti al mare e le strutture sono pulite.. In generale, le camere e gli inn sono un po 'vecchie e confuse, ma non qui.. Nella stanza c'è una cucina e una microonde ... molto utile..

Adoro questo parco vacanze, ma quando si è verificato un incidente sfortunato con un'uscita di energia, nessuno nel parco ha avuto l'opzione di andare a vedere, aspettare e vedere. Con un'uscita di potenza per 24 ore durante la domenica di Pasqua e le cascate non sono probabilmente prese da nuovi visitatori, il minimo che avrebbero potuto fare sarebbe consentire al cliente di scegliere se il potenza è tornato in servizio piuttosto che in anticipo. Dopo quasi 24 ore non avevamo alternativa, ma per tagliare le vacanze o per trascorrere un'altra notte costosa nel buio senza doccia. Per qualche strano motivo, il personale di fronte non sembrava comprendere questo, ma ha riluttantemente esteso il checkout fino a mezzogiorno. La potenza non era ancora stata ripristinata e non sembrava probabile, quindi ci siamo lasciati. Dopo aver chiesto un rimborso per l’ultima notte, ci è stato detto quando abbiamo lasciato ‘non tornare!’ Così una vergogna quando Kelly e l’altro personale sul sito sono gentili e amichevoli come altri ti hanno lasciato giù.

We were attending an Army reunion in Busselton in Western Australia and the committee picked Abbey Beach resort because it has a caravan park next door. Check it was good we had a two bedroom apartment because my mate and his wife stayed with us and reduced the cost. We had a lakeside room quite spacious & clean with being serviced daily. The resort has an indoor pool heated, plus outside pools nice restaurant close to the beach as well and a small gym. If over this way again we would definitely stay.

After we made the booking at eight willows iconic room no 2, we managed to get an extention till 11am check out via email. On our arrival, staff verbally confirmed 1 hour extension till 12 noon checkout on condition after calling and confirming 2 hours prior of checkout. On the day of check out we called up the reception at 10am which was addressed by the accomadation manager who refused to give a late checkout and asked us to leave by 10am. I made her clear the email confirmation for 11 am checkout and later a verbal confirmation for 12 noon checkout, which she refused to grant and insited to leave at 10.15am. A family of 2 adult 2 kids cannot make up a checkout within that 15 minutes which I insisted, as a result she granted another 15 minutes. She was very rude from the initial conversation itself and kept insisting what she said earlier. We were really impressed with the resort, rooms, location and 1st day of service from the reception. Our experience was ruined just b'coz of the accomadation manager' s unacceptabl conversation.

Da quando sono andato in porta a controllare, sono stato ripreso dalla bellezza condivisa di questo resort. Le splendide viste dal ristorante mentre mangiavo colazione e cena ogni giorno. La cena era impeccabile. Ma la parte più favorita era di essere salutata, servita dai bellissimi visi sorridenti del personale figiiano. Mi sentivo di essere tornato a Figi. Sally alla Reception e Selita nel ristorante voi due signore andate sopra e oltre. Spero davvero di incontrarvi di nuovo nel nostro prossimo soggiorno. Il Porter Fiji che ci ha portato a casa la notte dopo cena era sorprendente. Bula a voi tutti distanti dalle vostre famiglie e dal vostro paese e ancora dando 110%. Tutte ci hai fatto uscire così memorabile.
