The journey to the apartment is ok. This area is a new area by Lotte group. This area has premium outlet, mall and themepark. There are new developments ongoing like convention centre hub. The apartment is great for families. All well equipped. The luggage storage is actually near the main entrance on the right, just in case you are looling for it. Due to the communication barrier and this aprtment is managed by Le collective (remotely) they do not have personal to sit at office to service you. The people who are working there belongs to the the developer and mostly they do not know and will ask you to ask Le collective by email or calls.

Everything was great from start till end. I would say it’s probably even better than your own home. Went to stay as a family of 5, everyone was happy with it.

The Collective Lotteworld Busan is conveniently located and offers practical services. However, cleanliness and comfort, as well as issues with the door lock and security alarm, were problematic during my stay. There were some unclean stains on the floor, which was disappointing given the hotel's high ratings. Additionally, the bed linens were not very comfortable, impacting the quality of sleep. Despite these issues, the hotel remains a decent option.

The apartment is beautiful nice 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, spotless clean, good viewing located on high floor, good mattress & pillow allowing us to have a good rest. Nearby there is restaurants & cafe. 24 hours convenience store just below our apartment. Very satisfied with our stay. 👍

For people looking for the usual hotel experience and room service, this might not be the one for you as things here are automated and you have to request for room service. Rooms here are very spacious and cozy. Relatively clean too, but they've got to check in between the couches. The place is located near an emart, and opposite of Lotte mall outlets. It is not located near to Haeundae night market, but there are busses to get there. I will still highly recommend this place due to its affordability and elegance.

It's definitely more of a family place, I love the location 30 min' drive away from the main attraction. The place was very clean and had everything I needed, the LG styler was a plus for sure. I also got a great deal for the two-day stay, was looking to stay another few days in December but the place was a little more expensive for December but looking to book again. would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Busan

처음이라 코앞에 두고도 장소 찾는데 애 먹었음 나이탓~ㅋ 위치나, 시설이나, 주변 편의시설등은 매우만족 하여 다음에도 또 이용할 마음이 100퍼 ! 오후에 입주하여 2담날 아침에 본 거실 쇼파커버의 청결도에 으악! 것만 아니면 아주 좋아요 잘 쉬다 갑니다^^! 저곳에 우리가 앉아 있었냐는 자괴감.

위치 좋고 컨디션 좋고 최고였습니다! 세탁기 건조기 오븐 다리미 스타일러 드라이기 캡슐머신 등등 필요한 것들이 거의 다있어서 아주 편하게 쉬다 갑니다ㅎㅎ 어매니티도 핸드솝 바디 샴푸 린스 세탁세제 주방세제 다 있어서 최고! 다만 쪼금 아쉬운건 리모컨 배터리 교체가 필요해보였고 각티슈도 여분이 필요할거같아요! 수건의 경우 습한 냄새가 나는게 있었어서 이부분은 청결과 관련될수도있으니 한번씩 확인필요해보여요. 그리고 가장 아쉬웠던건 빗이 없었던거ㅠ 빗은있겠지하고 왔는데 없어서 아쉬웠습니다!

주변에 용궁사 및 아난티, 롯데월드 등 관광지가 가깝고 롯데아울렛도 걸어서 5분정도면 갈 수 있습니다. 시설도 깨끗하고 청소상태도 좋습니다.

가성비 최고의 숙소. 조용하고 쾌적하고 오션뷰에, 냉장고 세탁기 건조기 스타일러까지 지내기에 편하고 너무 만족스러웠음 아이들도 또 오자고 하네요

Чисто, функционально. Для тех, кто едет в парк развлечений и храм на пару дней самое то. Аутлет мертвый. Территория странная, некоторые кафе уже заброшены, при этом стройка. До пляжа Хеундэ лучше на такси - 10тысяч песо, столько же на поезде, но долго.
