Very beautiful and clean hotel! Lots of amenities to make your stay comfortable. Only weakness is the door is very difficult to lock and lock. Also the location is a bit far from the main attractions, but Gupo-gu is worth exploring as well, especially the Gupo Market (구포시장). Public transportation is convenient with 구포역 rail station (both KTX and metro train) located very close by.

I LOVED this hotel. It was so luxurious compared to the price. I wish all hotels were like this.
The location is great: a lot of public transport, lots of night life, a market, restaurants and (underground) shopping within walking distance. It took about 25-30 minutes from Busan Station to the hotel.
Japanese style toilet, shower (hand held & rain shower) had good water pressure and temperature. Bedside table with sockets right above it. Two chairs, a wardrobe (4 hangers), 2 shoe polish mitts, 2 small and 2 big towels. Convenience store right next to the reception. Washing room is 2000won for 2 hours, no matter what cycle (washing or drying), detergent is 500won. Gym is accessible with your room card.
I didn't like that the airco blew right on the bed, but you could easily set the temperature a bit higher if it bothered you.

La camera è pulita e confortevole, ben attrezzata, la disposizione della notifica del numero della camera è chiaramente spiegata, l'hotel ha un comodo trasporto, ci sono due linee della metropolitana, c'è una fermata dell'autobus al piano di sotto, ci sono mercati tradizionali nelle vicinanze, vari negozi dove mangiare e vicino al luogo di ritrovo per il turismo locale, quindi è conveniente partecipare e tornare in hotel per riposare quando sei stanco di giocare.Il deposito bagagli è molto comodo per il mio itinerario. Albergo consigliato.

La mia famiglia e io siamo rimasti all'hotel dal 26 Dic al 28 Dic 2023 e, al check-out, il personale ha insistito che avevano problemi di rimborso del mio deposito di 200.000 KRW perché non ho usato la stessa carta. Questo è strano e confuso perché ho usato una carta di credito solo in Corea tutto il tempo. Ho usato la stessa carta per pagare la prenotazione dell'hotel al check-in. Abbiamo soggiornato in altri hotel di Lotte in Corea e rispetto a quei hotel, la nostra esperienza a Lotte Hotel Busan non è stata la migliore. Durante il check-in, ho avuto diverse domande per il personale che ci aiutava, ma lei ci ha detto coraggiosamente che lo spiegarà più tardi. Forse era una questione linguistica, ma mi ha certamente sbagliato. Durante il nostro tempo di uso della piscina, diversi guardiani mi hanno chiesto due volte separatamente se la mia famiglia fosse stata registrata per usare la piscina... abbiamo pagato per l'uso della piscina e abbiamo ricevuto nastri di nastro. Anche loro si sono svolti in giro con la mia famiglia, perché il tatuaggio del braccio di mio marito si mostrava sotto la camicia e i miei figli sono piuttosto alto (sono 3 e 6 fii). Comprenderemo che, rispetto ad altri bambini coreani, il nostro bambino può essere molto alto. Abbiamo cercato di mantenerlo in silenzio, ma lui è solo tre e semplicemente eccitato di essere lì e non è stato così bello sentirci come ci stavano guardando per il nostro bambino tutto il tempo.

1. Staffs are nice.
2. Location is ok, about 7 minutes walk from metro station.
3. No smoking smell at all, and actually the smell in the hotel made us feel good.
4. Breakfast is great and they'll change some dishes every day (we stayed for 4 nights).
5. It's very quiet, sound insulation is good. Didn't remember hearing noise outside from the corridor.
6. Our room is very spacious, and worth the money.
7. Acceptable price if need to postpone the checkout time.
Can be improved:
1. The bathtub gets clogged easily, even picked up the hair, it was still a little bit clogged.

È stato un soggiorno fantastico, l'ambiente era esattamente lo stesso delle foto mostrate sul sito! Molto pulito, la stanza era più che sufficiente per chi viaggia da solo ed è dotata anche di una smart TV!
Anche la posizione era perfetta, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Seomyeon, con un minimarket proprio accanto.
Inoltre, mi è stato permesso di fare il check-in un'ora prima gratuitamente, il che è stato inaspettato ma ne sono grato! Sicuramente prenderò in considerazione di tornarci la prossima volta!

Overall a really good experience with nice places nearby and not that long of a walk to the nearest subway. As a warning to travellers from colder climates - it appears the lowest you could set the heating to at night was around 19 degrees due to it being air con and a heater at the same time from what I udnerstood which was way too warm for me but if that temperature is fine - then this is the perfect hotel.

Si tratta di un hotel conveniente a Centum City. Il personale è cordiale e le strutture sono pulite. C'è una scrivania per poter fare lavori semplici, ed è comoda perché la stanza viene pulita anche se ci si ferma la notte.

Il letto è stato molto spazioso e confortevole, una vista urbana decente e un negozio di comodità accessibile in basso. La check-in era regolare, il servizio in camera era adeguato, l'unico difetto è che ci sono molti turisti che si sono esibiti alle 11 e abbiamo dovuto aspettare le ronde di ascensori. Non ho mai incontrato una situazione del genere in altri hotel, ma l'accesso agli ascensori deve essere migliorato, altrimenti è stato un soggiorno perfetto e un affare degno!

Convenientemente situato proprio accanto alla stazione di Busan.
La colazione gratuita era buona con un menu coreano. Tuttavia, è piuttosto affollato, quindi non puoi mangiare in pace.
Si prega di notare che non ci sono spazzolini da denti.
Inoltre, era scomodo che il wifi fosse piuttosto lento e inutilizzabile di notte.

UUtente ospiteHi everyone i think you are reading reviews to see about this hotel so i will try to explain your queries in this comment 1st i would like to say in simple words amazing hotel i definitely recommend this hotel who come for tour to busan, comfortable beds , cleaners come everyday , microwave is downstairs if you want to use and about location i found its so comfortable for visiting places such as busan cable car songde beech, haeundae beech, gwangan beech and its also near to night clubs ....
If you come to busan by bus you dont need to have a taxi to reach the hotel get a metro from nopo station line number 1 get off to busanjin come out from station gate exit 7 just walk 5 minutes and you can see your hotel its on the main road ,for visiting places you can use bus and metro from your hotel ” for haeundae beech and gwangan beech use metro get line number 1 change at seomonyeon take line number 2 get off at gwangan station walk 10 minutes and you will be at beautiful gwangan beech and for haeundae beech same line number 2 you can get off haeundae station and walk about 3-4 minutes you will be on haeundae beech, for night clubs from hotel just get line 1 and after 3 station get off seomonyeon station and walk you will be in night clubs street , for the busan cable car and songde beech from the hotel just go infront of the hotel road use bus number #26 which comes every 10 minutes riding time will be around 22-25 minutes from hotel to songde beech by bus#26 , its so easy to use public transport for travelling in busan from hotel prima no need to waste money for using taxi, from the night clubs to hotel you just need to use taxi and its near so not much money you have to spend 9000-10000 won only !!!! Using subway is also very easy everything writen in english and korean so you can see which exit gate you have to use for your particular places ,and for lunch dinner pizza restaurant subway food all are near to hotel ,i found this hotel at best location and i am writing all these because some people come new for travel and before booking they are confused which location we should go for , trust me its comfortable for everything!!! - Guarda, ho pagato un'altra per la stanza ”visualizzata parziale sull'oceano” e c'era una grande differenza tra le immagini e la realtà. Il muro della finestra aveva grandi e grandi pannelli di finestra che rendevano impossibile apprezzare la vista. Ciò che è ancora più pazzesco, il balcone aveva un enorme muro di pietra, quindi non avevamo nemmeno una vista di cammello, MEIA QUALCHE SIAMO STATO CHE STANO MURA. Non potevamo vedere l’oceano in un angolo molto specifico, in un piccolo punto, in un piccolo posto sul letto. Non vale la pena e mi dispiace prenotare la stanza.
- No, i busker cantano fino a tardi i fine settimana, e perché eravamo situati proprio sopra il punto di bussare, potevamo sentire ogni parola di parole con finestre chiuse e non potevamo davvero tenere conversazioni senza sollevare la nostra voce. Non potevamo sentirci pensare.
- Mancanza di attenzione ai dettagli. sconveniente. doccia non è ben costruita e l'acqua non si svuota; fluisce fuori dal doccia. nessun bidet. il secco dei capelli è debole e puzza vecchia
- Sottoscritto all'inferno. abbiamo fatto check-out alle 10:45, 15 minuti prima dell'ora di check-out e di solito il più occupato del tempo alle reception. Un personale è occupato delle chiamate telefoniche, organizzando i taxi, supervisionando/gestionando il deposito bagagli. Non ci sentivamo davvero sicuro di immagazzinare il nostro bagaglio nel lobby, con il personale così distratto e fisicamente incapace di vedere cosa accade al bagaglio, anche se è proprio davanti alla ricezione la coda bloccava la vista.
Almeno l'opzione parziale di vista oceanica non vale il denaro. Mi sento insultato e fortemente raccomandare altre opzioni di simili intervalli di prezzo o hotel di vista oceanica vicino Gwangan-li, dal momento che Haeundae è una regione molto turistica. Ti bruceranno dopo due notti di soggiorno nel quartiere.

MMerlineDi recente ho trascorso un soggiorno piacevole in un buon hotel, anche se l'esperienza della colazione lasciava un po' a desiderare. L'hotel in sé era pulito, confortevole e offriva un servizio eccellente durante il mio soggiorno.
La camera in cui ho alloggiato era ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno confortevole. Il personale è stato cordiale e premuroso, sempre pronto ad aiutare con qualsiasi richiesta o richiesta.
Tuttavia, l'offerta per la colazione non è stata all'altezza delle mie aspettative. Anche se l'hotel offriva una discreta scelta, la qualità e il gusto del cibo non corrispondevano allo standard generale dell'hotel. Le opzioni mancavano di varietà e i sapori non erano soddisfacenti come speravo.
Nonostante questo inconveniente, la posizione dell'hotel era comoda e gli altri aspetti del mio soggiorno sono stati piacevoli. La pulizia, il comfort e il servizio attento hanno compensato la delusione della colazione.
In sintesi, consiglierei questo hotel per le sue caratteristiche complessivamente positive, ma con l'avvertenza che l'esperienza della colazione potrebbe non essere il momento clou del vostro soggiorno.

UUtente ospiteThe location is good as it is very close walking distance to shopping streets and the price is affordable. Room is equipped with a smart TV. I did not need to use my travel adaptor as well. Basic toiletries available. However, the bath towel is in face towel size. Clothes hanging area is on top/in front of the dresser. Things to note if staying here. Hotel is located upslope from the streets. (relatively steep) Most of the times (like a 9 out of 10), I was unable to book a taxi from my hotel due to the kakao taxi app prompting that cars cannot enter my area (they will outline the roads on the app to show the roads that cars cannot enter).I had to walk some distance out to another place to book a taxi. However, there was no restrictions to drop off at this address but many times, the driver will also drop me somewhere further away to walk in. Both the guy & lady (seems like lady boss) receptionists seems enthusiastic for a normal conversation but can become rude when we enquire or request for help. I had difficulty switching on the aircon when I first checked in and called for help. They refused to come and help and the instructions was vague as all I can understand was ”the switch is below the TV”. I later found out that it is common for aircon switch to be on the TV remote controller in Korea after I checked in to another hotel. It was after the third call when we flared up that someone came to help. But the help was of course also a rude one. Another thing to note is that they only give one access card and this access card is also the only card that manages the power in the room. If you insert another card in the slot for power, they will switch off your electricity after a while. This means you will not be able to probably sleep/shower in the room if your partner goes out since you will have to be the one to open the door, unless you can stay in the room without any power. You will also not be able to charge your phones/power banks etc while you are out and the refrigeration will also be off. The receptionist have called us via room phone and scolded us for putting a foreign card in. I think this is upsetting as we usually have more than one card in other hotels. The other hotel that I booked in Seoul even had a ready card slotted in for power and we still had 2 cards for access. Another downside: There was some form of leak from toilet bowl area and I cannot make out where its from. There will be a typical pee stench after awhile. Both the automatic bidets and manual bidets did not work in my toilet. I am not sure if this only happens in my room thus this is just for reference. Otherwise my toilet was huge and the water jet was strong. Do note that they allow early check in but it is chargeable. When I reached 2 hours earlier, I was told that their hotel does not have early check in. After asking further, they told me to pay 20,000 won if I want to check in early and I got my room immediately. I would have preferred if they told me from the start that early check in is possible for a fee.
