We were given a wheelchair accessible room when the staff saw our handicap mom and were all way out to help us arrange close by rooms for our convenience. Many thanks to the staff for making our stay a pleasant one

Le strutture dell'hotel sono eccellenti, abbiamo goduto in particolare della piscina ben progettata e buona per le foto. La pulizia dell’hotel è ancora da migliorare, c’era un pezzo di carne di pollo lasciato nel bacino fino a che l’acqua non l’era svuotato, e alcuni muli neri si sono messi sul muro e sul pavimento nel bagno, non si aspettava che questo fosse per un hotel di sei stelle. La vista del fiume Swan è perfetta nelle camere che abbiamo soggiornato.

I was supposed to stay at another hotel but suddenly the hotel cancelled my booking on D-day so i searched up and i found aloft so i booked it right away. The hotel amazed me with big rooms, friendly staff, modern and clean hotel. The amenities are also has a v nice scent. I love everything about this hotel and surely will come back soon ＜3

Our fav place to stay every time we in Perth we try here first and always have ideal room for us. Love the swimming pool. Great service.

Fraser Suites si trova a circa 1 km dal centro della città, ma il bus gratuito conduce direttamente dalla porta alla città. La colazione era molto buona e c'era una buona selezione, purtroppo una scelta non così buona di alternative vegani. Ma l'avocado ci è stato tagliato fresco e c'era pane vegan e un super yogurt di coco chia. Le stanze sono state pulite solo per volere, ma nessuno ci ha detto.

Uno dei migliori motel sulla Grande Autostrada orientale. Non è davvero passeggiabile per niente. Circa $20.00 Uber andare all'aeroporto. Pulizia con un negozio di forniture sul sito.

Hotel is efficient and great value. I didn’t know full housekeeping is only every 3 days which is fine. They do change towels and empty bins but you need to make your own bed and clean your cups and dishes. Pros- Good location. Cat yellow bus stop just a few mins walk from hotel. Spacious and clean rooms Nespresso machine and capsules are provided Surrounding area is gorgeous and peaceful Cons. Noisy especially on weekends as Hotel is a mixed development where restaurants, cafe and bars are on the ground floor so rooms on the 3rd floor are noisy at night until late. Bathroom floor is always wet. I suspect a leak somewhere in the room. Do not expect any service except one staff handling check in.

Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was big and spacious which is a plus point. Front desk was friendly and check in went smoothly. However, the breakfast buffet experience was absolutely terrible. There were limited selections of food and the breads tasted substandard. Not to mention the service by the staffs were horrible. Staff only came to table 5minutes before the closing time to mentioned they are closing the buffet, 9.30am which stipulated on the site is 10am. A guest came down at 9.30am wanting to have his breakfast but couldn’t do so because they apparently stated that they are close for the day. If the buffet spread was to be close at 10am, they should not stipulate on the website that it is close at 10am. Additionally, when we arrived at 9.10am, they ought to mention to us that the closing timing was at 9.30am so that we could be prepared for the closing. I personally feel that I was short changed given that I paid $32 for such buffet and if there is an option, I would not have eaten my buffet here.

La stanza è grande e spaziosa. La piscina è bella e pulita. Il personale è molto utile e amichevole.
