INKAYA Hotel

Good location. There are no hooks for clothes and towels in the bathroom. There is no air conditioning, which is unacceptable in summer!

❌🏨❌這所樓層屬於旅館,完全稱不上是酒店 🙂大堂接待員態度尚可 ❄️房間內沒有冷氣,沒有風扇供應 🧹✨每日沒有清理房間,沒有樽裝水供應 🔌💦有熱水煲,風筒供應 🧴🧻有浴巾,厠紙,洗手液供應 🪥沒有牙刷牙膏供應 🛀🏻沒有浴缸,浴室沒有浴簾 🚇步行到Metro需要10-12分鐘 🍽步行5分鐘先有小店餐廳 💁🏻♀️評語：租咗4日3夜,第一日去到Bursa市中心先知道無車直接去到,要撘的士去旅館. 旅館仲要係喺斜路上面,當時我拖住一個大行李箱同大背包,如果唔撘的士,大熱天時一定會中暑😮💨🥵🤒 去到先知道房間無冷氣,已經無言😵😵😵 點知連風扇都無一把, 真係無可能想像喺咁熱既天氣下會瞓得著😵💫😵💫😵💫 木窗門有空隙,完全聽到街上嘈雜聲😫😩😫 但只係租4日,所以忍多3晚就一定轉酒店🏨 到第2日朝早,旅館員工話我既浴室去水位塞,話要揾師傅上嚟睇,當時9am左右,我非常無奈😑😑😑 當時得我一個女人喺房,我都算數,俾佢上嚟整,夾好10am上嚟整,我坐喺房度等,等到下晝3pm左右,都無人上嚟整同敲門😑😑😑 我因為太肚餓所以唔再等,先至出去食宴. 到第3日朝早8am左右,旅館員工又話我浴室去水位塞,又話要上嚟睇,我嗰陣真係好嬲😤😤😤 我答佢尋日朝早我等你5個鐘你都無人上嚟睇,今日晨咁早又話要揾人上嚟睇下個去水位,我答佢晤得‼️ 我係租客,我有權唔同意佢朝早上嚟我間房維修仼何位置.加上我一個女人喺房,非常唔方便同安全‼️👿👿 點知旅館員工仲過份,命令要我當晚唔可以沐浴‼️ 我聽完仲嬲,我話呢個係你旅館本身有去水塞既問題,而唔係我整到去水塞既問題,你哋旅館無可能命令租客唔可以沐浴‼️🤬🤬🤬 土耳其當時6月既溫度係29-32度, 晤沐浴跟本係一件無可能既事情‼️👿👿👿 後來我要換房,旅館答我無房‼️ 我同旅館講,一係你換房俾我,一係你退返錢俾我‼️ 佢哋妥協,仲要我喺12noon前退房. 我立馬執好行李,然後離開呢間設備嚴重徹底失敗既旅館‼️🏃🏻♀️💨💨💨 過咗2日,旅館都有喺Trip.com退返1日租金俾我‼️ 💁🏻♀️呼籲各位旅客: 如果唔介意喺高溫既炎炎夏日, 入住一間無冷氣無風扇,浴室去水位又塞,木窗門有空隙,即使閘埋木窗門都聽到街上既各類型車輛,電單車,酒吧人客聊天嘈吵聲既旅館, 就去租住感受一下la‼️😈😈😈

Strategis sekali, kamar lumayan luas, petugas hotel Mustapa atau mungkin sipemilik hotel baik sekali.. murah dengan harga yg saya bayar😊🙏

Very noisy. The hotel staff make noise untill midnight. Also, there are no eletric plugs and the shower has no curtain and spills water all over the bathroom. Also, only one dim light, the room is very dark

Awful, based on the room we were given. We checked out early. We arrived at 4.30pm but we weren't expected and asked to come back at 5pm. We were given a room that did not resemble any pictures on the websites; no windows (apart from a letterbox size opening near the ceiling) , all the floors were soaking wet after being mopped with bleach and still wet in the morning, there were clumps of hair on the bathroom floor, on old razor in the cupboard, no toilet roll, no duvet or blanket (we were very cold overnight) and no soaps apart from a half used bottle of mens shampoo. We had booked four nights but checked out after just one night. When we told the receptionist is wasn't a room on the website, he said sorry but no offer of a refund of the other three nights, or another room.

The property would be nice if completely ready for business. It was missing air conditioning, amenities and parking.

Bursa is such a beautiful historical city and this hotel reflects that. Charming and unique. We would highly recommend staying at Inkaya Hotel. Also it’s has perfect location.

Price quite high and rooms need a small fridge as it is missing there.
