Hotel in zona Children's Playground, Bursa

La posizione è eccezionale. Per il resto, si assicura che si sente benvenuto dall'ingresso all'uscita, ha molte ragioni da sottolineare. Da ricezione, ristoranti, spa e custodia, tutte le squadre sono estremamente amichevole e utile. Il momento in cui entrate, vi sentite come se fossi a casa.Il colazione è costituito da una combinazione di oggetti sani e ricchi. Le camere dell'hotel sono molto grandi e hanno app per schermo intelligente, mobili moderni e altre strutture (si deve dire che il grande balcone era il nostro preferito). Poiché viaggiavamo con un bambino, abbiamo scelto di viaggiare in primavera, ma sono sicuro che sia ancora più magico in inverno. L'effetto che aveva su di noi era davvero sorprendente!

Il personale è molto interessato, il tè e il caffè, a qualunque ora che vuoi, e anche quando salgo a sci, mi hanno riempito il termos. Grazie mille al personale. L'hotel è appena stato costruito, tutte le cose nuove, bagno-spazzatura sono davvero pulite. Ho chiesto la colazione, ho chiamato l'hotel, ho chiesto la colazione, e il menu caldo, hanno detto che potremmo fare una specie di omeleta ampia e in cucina, ma quando andiamo, hanno detto che non c'era tubo! La sala colazione era come un ghiaccio. Non mangiamo niente il primo giorno, siamo gelati, e poi siamo usciti con la roba dello sci per non raffreddare. Sono andato in vacanza a sci, quindi quando sono arrivato all'hotel stasera, la prima cosa che ho cercato è calda, ma non c'è sistema di riscaldamento, non c'è riscaldamento in aria, e non sono stato malato in camera a sci. In primo luogo, il personale era molto interessato a noi. Quando volete, portano del tè o del caffè, quando videro che avevo un termo, riempirono il mio termo con tè, gratis. L'hotel è stato costruito di nuovo, quindi tutto è nuovo nella stanza. La WC è pulita. Ma la stanza è riscaldata con aria condizionata.Può essere molto tempo.La stanza è molto fredda.

Ho prenotato questo hotel perché è nel centro di Bursa, chiuso alla Mosca Ulu e al grande pazar, sono venuto in questo hotel prima con la mia famiglia, l'hotel è pulito e il servizio è molto buono. Il colazione è ok, ho una buona esperienza con il suo hotel, torno di nuovo

La posizione centrale della borsa, l'hotel è relativamente nuovo, il bagno è grande, e non è lontano da camminare verso la torre di orologio di cima della montagna, può essere considerato come un punto di attacco per il viaggio di Bursa

사용하던 에어비엔비에 문제가 생겨서 당일 아침에 예약하고 1박 이용했흡니다. 매우 깔끔하고 저렴했어요. 다음에 다시 이용할 의향 있습니다.

Temizlik güzel, kahvaltı yeterli. Odalar orta halli, yatak hiç konforlu değil. Personel eksikliğinden ötürü galiba Banyo Duş gideri sürekli tıkanıyor, temizlik biraz fazla geç saatte yapılıyor, 1.katta sürekli bir yol sesi var.

The service was great and lovely stuff But Why you put alchool in the room for mini bar You need to pay Ok But with family and children room Its so bad I told reciption 2 times to remove it from room But they didnt remove from mini bar

We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

Hotel molto moderno, pulito con grandi attrazioni. Sala da fitness, piscina, sauna e piscina minerale calda erano tutti sorprendenti. La camera era spaziosa, ben decorata, super pulita e tranquilla. Il letto era molto comodo. La posizione è oltre da molti ristoranti e un paio di grandi centri. Nessuna denuncia. Non c'era musica alta come notato in altre recensioni. Molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno!
