The staff was exceptional. The physical facilities however were in need of attention. I saw that some renovations were taking place but there was no reason that the rooms had missing light bulbs etc. Hot breakfast was advertised but only consisted of waffles and fruit. I was told the evening before by the courteous staff what breakfast was so I did not wait to verify. I went and grabbed breakfast at the Sheetz store. Will not be staying here any more.

Tv had weird lights in it. That was the only problem I had and that was minor. Would stay there again.

Staff wasn’t very friendly during check in
Like we were a bother to them.

Heard pounding all day claim remodeling and put us in. Room under right where they were working

Our door broke and they couldn’t fix it but made us still stay in the same room because they were “full” and made us keep the door open when we would leave the room.

Most of the details of our experience were positive. The management admitted that they gave us a room for which the deadbolt was not able to be secured; a detail that was not provided until the following day when we asked about it.

the stay was great. Room and hotel clean. Breakfast good (could have a little more verity) The over all stay was great. Will stay again.
