設施：房間設施齊全 屋子內暖氣很充足 有地暖 民宿周邊有很多很可愛親人的自來熟貓貓狗狗～
帶浴缸的房間房間內會有泡澡袋～
房間內熱水充足～
環境：民宿景觀很不錯！能拍出很多很好看的照片！！房間裏有個小陽台，可以在小陽台裏堆雪人☃️
服務：服務很不錯，到達民宿前會有管家提前聯繫，住宿期間的小問題，管家也迴應的很快，解決的很及時～
每天會有小水果送到房間門口～
住宿期間下大雪，工作人員清雪也很及時～

民宿很美，特別是這個窗户，不多説直接看視頻，特別驚喜的是還帶了一個小陽台，超漂亮可以拍拍照片
環境：民宿位置在禾木村深入一些的地方，所以對比其他的來説人相對少一些沒有那麼嘈雜，並且在一個小坡可以俯瞰老村這點很加分。
去吃飯去咖啡廳白天有太陽可以走一走，沒太陽下雪的話還是打車會比較好。民宿可以幫忙叫車。
設施：暖氣很足，能看得出來很用心，選用的智能馬桶戴森吹風機電動窗簾，廁所也不小，很夠用，美中不足的是洗澡水冷熱不算很穩定，不會着涼就是會有點燙😂😂需要注意一下
早餐可以選擇西式和中式，都很好吃，份量不大但是搭配得挺好的基本夠吃，服務也很不錯，值得推薦！！

酒店附近景色很好，硬件設施很好！房間樓上住人，腳步聲，類似於維修保養敲打聲時有發生。門鎖故障率和服務響應速度有較大的提升空間。一線工作人員都很好，很友善，面對吵鬧的客户也能保持耐心。但是，管理負責人缺乏對服務和細節的經驗，業務素質有待提高。浴袍污漬明顯，反應檢查不到位，提示管理問題。

禾木村的裸心隱鄉民宿在設施方面非常注重遊客的舒適度。民宿配備了智能家居設備，如智能馬桶、智能窗簾等，提升了住宿的便捷性和舒適度。同時，民宿還提供熱水、地暖等供暖設施，在寒冷的冬季也能感受到温暖。服務周到 ：民宿前台小姐姐都非常熱情好客，他們不僅提供基本的住宿服務，當地出行引導，還會主動為遊客提供旅遊建議、門票預約等幫助。裸心隱鄉民宿早餐也是五星好評，有中西式可以自由選擇！
這裏不僅給了我一個舒適的休憩空間，更讓我深刻感受到了家的温暖和自然的魅力！

房間頗緊湊，但是硬、軟件足以彌補；
入住前會有管家適時聯繫，並全程提供隨時問詢及各項服務（包括用車）。
給管家和所有工作人員點贊，包括全程貼心的管家（拿鐵手藝也不錯），幫忙調整mini音箱的小哥（雞尾酒和早餐都很贊）。

來禾木幾天了 這是體驗感最好的一家
首先 民宿的基礎設施 衞生條件挑不出什麼毛病，可以説在基礎分這裡是滿分啦 裝修風格也是看着很舒服，服務的也非常周到但又不制式化，前台管家們情緒價值直接拉滿！後悔沒早點入住這家 不過下次還會選擇這裏！

這次入住禾木的民宿，真的驚艷到我！前台辦理入住還提供了免費的歡迎茶歇果盤。房間佈置超温馨，酒店餐廳的早餐種類豐富，最讓人滿意的是酒店的服務，工作人員熱情友好，有求必應，任何問題都能迅速解決。
這趟旅程因為這家民宿而更加完美，強烈推薦給各位！

服務特別好，從預訂開始就有管家聯繫我，從抵達酒店就幫我拿行李送我到房間，房間很寬敞很大很乾凈，窗户外就是整片白樺林，院子裏還能看到日照金山，非常喜歡這個景色。早餐還非常好吃，店裡還有輪胎可以借來玩，店裡的搓板和小婷非常熱心，期待夏天再來一次！

就在白樺林前面，體驗了獨棟的小木屋和山景房，景色真的好好看！很幸運來的幾天晚上可以看到極寒光柱，民宿的小姐姐會在羣裏喊大家去看，真的很神奇！入住那天是冬至，送了水餃，聽説是下午他們自己包的，很好吃，就是真的很大個！民宿提供咖啡，並且咖啡還不錯，如果有小蛋糕就更完美了，老闆後面可以考慮下！總得來説，小木屋的性價比比較高，地暖非常熱，但是因為在對面，網絡不太能連上。山景房略貴一點但是景色沒的説，床對着窗子看出去就是美麗峯，我在房間就拍到了日照金山真的太美了！民宿裏的小哥哥小姐姐也非常nice，遇到問題都很熱心的幫忙解決，所以放心來玩吧，小盆友還可以借挖雪工具做小鴨子小恐龍，也可以借雪圈去白樺林玩，這個租租要30呢，省下一杯咖啡錢啦！
