Off the entrance hall a guest bathroom off the hall has a shower and WC and there is also useful table and chair in this area.The delightful living room, decorated in fresh, pleasing shades of blues, has doors opening onto a sunny patio with four sun loungers to relax by the private pool. The attractive lounge has a comfy corner couch and a 43" Smart TV, while the dining area has a table with 4 chairs and a high-chair is available on request. Doors from the living room open onto the gorgeous patio near the private pool offering alternative choices for al fresco dining.The separate kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, combination-microwave oven, fridge/freezer, electric kettle & toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, utensils, pots & pans. It has a door to the patio and pool area where there is a charcoal BBQ and a patio table, chairs and parasol for special family meals by the pool.A generous stone staircase from the hallway leads to the two en-suite bedrooms upstairs. With 2 new beds, the twin bedroom has an en-suite shower and WC, fitted wardrobe and a little balcony with a countryside view. The master bedroom has a new king-size bed, fitted wardrobe and a baby cot. Its en-suite bathroom has bath/shower, bidet and toilet. A sunny veranda off this bedroom has a table and 2 chairs and views of the Parque Natural da Costa Vicentina, a protected natural area stretching all along the coast to the west.The villa has free wi fi, full air conditioning and electric shutters. There is free parking on the quiet road outside, which has no through traffic. The property is very well loved and cared for and the pool is regularly serviced. This is an ideal choice for a small family or for couples wanting a relaxed holiday close to all amenities and a beautiful beach. After renting this house for five summers we loved it so much we bought it. We hope you enjoy the property as much as we do!The ground floor offers a large open plan space featuring a fully equipped kitchen plus living and dining areas. The full length windows let you enjoy the morning sunshine while the beautiful dining area enjoys the softer, late evening sunshine. There is also a downstairs bathroom and shower room.Upstairs are three generous double bedrooms, each with a balcony while the master bedroom has a large en-suite. There is a further family bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.Located on the end of a terrace, the property benefits from sunshine on three sides. The back of the house has a good seating area for the morning sunshine next to the pool which is bigger than most. A well kept garden on the west side of the property allows sun worshippers to enjoy the afternoon and evening sunshine and is the ideal spot for that evening drink before wandering down to one of Burgau's many excellent restaurants.The house is on the eastern side of the village as you enter from Luz. The beach is a 5 minute amble down the hill and the convenience store a 3 minute stroll. The cliff walks are easily accessed for spectacular walks east to Luz or west towards Salema.Further afield, there are wonderful beaches each with their own beach bar selling glorious dishes of freshly caught fish. The western points of Sagres and Cap St Vincent are an easy 20 minute drive with the internationally acclaimed surf along the western coast.To the north, the historic villages of Monchique and Silves and Lagos to the west provide historians with miles of cobbled streets to wander.The spacious accommodation provides a very comfortable base from which to enjoy this quiet, but spectacular corner of mainland Europe and all its alluring charms. Well-equipped for holidays, the separate Kitchen, has all electrical appliances, cookware, crockery, pots & pans you'll need, and it has direct access to the pool patio with sun loungers, charcoal BBQ and a dining set for al fresco meals by the pool.Also on this level, the main Bathroom has bath/shower and toilet.  Bedroom 2 has twin beds and fitted wardrobe.  Upstairs again, the Master Bedroom has a 5 ft bed, fitted wardrobe and en-suite bath/shower, bidet & toilet and doors to a super veranda with 2 chairs to enjoy the lovely sea views.Please note:  With the two bedrooms on different floors, this villa may not suit a family with small children.Villa 1 has full Air Con and a well-maintained pool and garden.  With everything in Burgau just a short walk, a car is not needed. If you have a car, there is free parking in front of the villa, and you can discover other beaches and villages and delight in the natural beauty of Costa Vicentina's Parque Naturel.Located in the colourful former fishing village of Burgau at the edge of the Natural Parque, this fabulous self-catering villa has private swimming pool & garden, attractive interiors, contemporary bathrooms, air conditioning and heating and is a few minutes' walk from Burgau village & beach.Burgau village has traditional houses, small shops & supermarkets, ATM, church, bars and lots of superb restaurants. Narrow sloped cobbled streets lead down to the gorgeous sandy Blue Flag beach which also has a very good beach bar. The village is full of character and has lots of excellent restaurants serving fresh fish and local produce. There are fabulous cliff/coastal walks and drives nearby.Lagos the lovely regional capital is 10 mins. drive away. It has lots of shops, bars, nightlife, abundant historic buildings & churches, marina, wonderful markets and a zoo. It is a delight to wander through the cobbled/calcada streets within the ancient town walls soaking in the warm friendly atmosphere. Boa Vista Golf, San Antonio Golf Resort and Espiche Golf Courses are within 8 km and there are many other courses within easy reach. Visiting golfers are welcome to all courses.Burgau is great location for a family holiday. There are fantastic beaches in abundance along the coast to the east and the west.
