Hotel in zona Easy Pay Sarafovo, Bourgas

First time in Bulgaria and booked a surprise holiday for my sisters 60th birthday at Festa Pomorie Resort. Hotel located on seafront just step out of your apartment directly onto sandy beach and swim in Black Sea. Apartment suite spacious and spotlessly clean everything you needed in rooms. Kate at reception so helpful. Maria in restaurant looked after us so well always welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend and will be back again Oona Ireland

Please see my earlier review. I extended my stay twice but shall repeat again that the middle aged lady with the spectacles at the reception is the rudest person I have ever met. If you ever have the misfortune of meeting her, you will know who I’m referring to immediately.

This was our first trip to Eastern Europe. My husband researched all the hotels around this area and found this one to be the best. Definitely the proximity to the old town, the beach, all the restaurants made this hotel perfect, everything so centrally based. The rooms are cute and clean and the cleaners are very nice and always helpful. We had our clothes laundered a few times and it was done promptly. The bathrooms have great large showers with great water pressure and it’s nice to have a separate closed toilet space. There are cute toiletries for children. They are very generous with toiletries. We had a studio and so our lanai was large and the second room we had was a little smaller, but still a fine room. It was fun to host our other family members. There is a great, beautiful wading pool on the top floor, to keep cool during the hot summer month that our family enjoyed multiple times with immediate Bar service and snacks. The gentleman and lady who helped at breakfast and pool were always helpful. We also utilized the spa service. The masseuse was excellent and very strong and we all enjoyed our deep tissue massages. Just as a comment, it would be nice after a massage to be offered a water or tea. Our package included breakfast with free champagne toast. It was lovely with enough options for children and adults. We ate one night at the hotel restaurant Beluga, but because there were so many other restaurants in town, it was the only night. One of the servers was a little impatient, and the food was OK but fine, maybe less variety on the menu to offer than in town. however, we loved Giovanni, she was exceptional because she was warm and patient. So again, we really enjoyed the eight days we spent at this beautiful hotel. It definitely seems the most modern with most amenities. My only gripe with the hotel was that our particular room 109 had a non-functioning AC controller panel. And it did seem to be an issue with keeping our room cool. Usually by the afternoon time our room was as hot as outside. If you had small children or pets that we’re staying in the room, it would’ve been extremely uncomfortable. We always left during the day because we knew the room would be too hot for our son. On four separate occasions and days, we went to ask the front desk for help on our air conditioning unit. They did say they tried to check on it including from a central location. Our AC controller never worked. We never saw anyone enter our room or attempt to actually fix it or the panel. But they said it was not an issue with the panel. One of the staff did suggest that because our room was a little larger, it would never be cold enough. However, having booked two separate rooms we do know that the other room cooled perfectly well. We were a little disappointed that we were not changed to a room with a functioning AC or something else was done besides being told by the front desk that it was checked and checked again and rechecked and getting th

L'hotel è stato il miglior hotel All inclusive iv soggiornato in!!!!! .. in un lungo periodo le camere dove ben tenuto e molto pulito il puliziatore è stato eccezionale ed molto efficiente. Abbiamo avuto la camera familiare per 6 e era molto spaziosa e abbastanza per 2 adulti 2 adolescenti 3 anni e un 9 anni aveva un balcone proprio sul fronte ***** completo con 2 docce e toalete. L'hotel stesso è stato un 5bstar più per me le terre sono bellamente tenute e molto bella la zona della piscina è stata molto bello e la piscina è stata massiccia mai sopra ubicata ......molti letti solari ........ un bel piccolo bambino piscina e poca zona di gioco molte attività per tutti gli anni ci è anche un club dei bambini le ragazze dove sempre molto amichevole e siamo diventati molto amichevole con loro tutti Il ristorante è stato il vostro tipico All Inclusive molto ben presentato e abbondante da scegliere da ogni giorno, lo stesso per le bevande abbondante di scelta. Anche il giorno ha dei snacks. Bar piscina per ottenere le vostre bevande alcoliche/soft tutto il giorno. Il divertimento per noi è stato l'accento della vacanza i ragazzi ( boris, paco, stelko ragazzi e le ragazze dove molto divertente aveva il mio partner Richard/i bambini in palco ogni notte che eravamo li' e hanno partecipato a tutte le attività in tutto il mondo giorno i miei figli amavano tutti i team di animazione come abbiamo fatto .... e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno molto memorabile ❤ e siamo diventati buoni amici e speriamo di mantenere in contatto con tutti loro. Tutto questo hotel è il miglior hotel iv rimanere in famiglia e sarà essere prenotato per l'anno prossimo. Era fuori per la prima volta in Bulgaria e noi amavamo ogni minuto di esso ......Non posso aspettare di tornare alla spiaggia soleggiata ⛱ .......Tammy Richard Megan Libby Emily Jensen ❤
