Siamo stati all'hotel per 3 notti. Il personale è stato molto gentile, in particolare il cameriere e la receptionista, entrambi meritano un grande ringraziamento. Ci sembrava che il personale lavorasse alle 14:00, visto che abbiamo sempre visto le stesse facce. Il ristorante può essere molto consigliato, il prezzo/prestazione è molto appropriato. Le camere non sembravano le immagini, ma alcune non funzionavano, come ad esempio il ventilatore o la lampada mancante. Il benessere ha una piccola sauna, il bagno romano sembrava un edificio e il bagno solare era troppo caldo per me, e il bagno era solo un massaggio in sala di riposo, che era stato controllato con un robot/IC. Se si ama la macchina più come le persone .... Il colazione era un po' deludente, i frutti non erano tagliati, non c'erano verdure, i pancake erano semplicemente posizionati fino a quando non erano freddi. Chi mette il valore di un colazione dorato non sarà felice.

What a pleasant surprise. We stumbled upon the Baxter Hotel when we missed a connection to Zurich and need a place to stay late at night. When we got to the front door Rachel greeted us as she was closing for the evening. She was so helpful trying to find us alternatives to get to Zurich. We ended up staying over night. She was simply amazing, bending over backwards to help us. The hotel is simple but nice, cute rooms and very comfortable beds. We all would love to come back and see Visp and see what the town has to offer and visit our lifesaver Rachel at the Baxter again. Nice place great people and right across of the train station. Highly recommend. You can’t go wrong.

Questo è un hotel vicino alla stazione di Niglous.Ci vogliono tre minuti per uscire dall'autobus.La gente qui è davvero molto gentile.Appena siamo usciti dal treno, abbiamo un autista di autobus che ha parcheggiato per dire la direzione dell'hotel. Poiché siamo tornati tardi, il nostro soggiorno non è molto facile. Il bar di fronte all'hotel e i clienti all'interno ci aiutano a trovare un modo.Ci ha dato molte calde.Le finestre di questa casa sono molto grandi e possono essere aperte tutte. E'molto silenzioso, la scelta migliore.Anche il colazione e'molto buona.C'è tre stazioni a Zhemart, circa mezz'ora in auto.Torneremo di nuovo.

A very nice hotel only about 10 minutes from Brig's train station. My double room had a balcony that faced the castle and the mountains beyond. Staff are friendly and kept in touch in the days leading to my arrival to make sure everything was all sorted. The room is very clean and comfortable although the curtains were a bit thin. Luckily, it's winter so the sun doesn't rise so early or else it would certainly wake me up if it were summertime. Breakfast was quite decent with a good choice of cold cuts, cheese, cereals, a big selection of tea, and even fresh fruits. Brig is a good base to explore Zermatt, Saas-Fee, and the mountaintop towns facing the Aletsch Glacier.

Rimasto a Hotel Stockalperhof per 4 notti nel corso del Classic Glacier Express Tour (Grande Ferrovia). Camere a 5 piani con camere numerose e con un piccolo balcone che guarda le montagne. La macchina del caffè (pod) fornisce solo 2 pot e dopo questo è necessario pagare per il vostro (Coop è a 100m di distanza) così si termina mangiare e bere fuori molto tempo. Il bagno è soggetto a una posizione troppo bassa per essere di qualsiasi uso, con un tubo troppo breve in molte camere, che deve essere esaminato dal direttore. L'hotel è molto ben situato a Brig con diversi ristoranti sul cancello e a soli 350 m da stazione ferroviaria.

La città di visp è molto piccola e non mi aspettavo che sarebbe stato così difficile prenotare un hotel temporaneamente... ho comunque preso un hotel. Sensazione piuttosto vecchia, soprattutto l'ascensore... non è stato utilizzato all'inizio. Sotto la guida di un altro ospite, mi sono reso conto che la porta deve essere tirata dentro e fuori e la porta non si aprirà automaticamente (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵) Altri non sono male, molto puliti.

Un ottimo hotel a prezzi economici ben situati a Brig. Ottimo personale. Vicino ai ristoranti, alle attrazioni e al trasporto. Il colazione incluso era fantastico e il personale era molto utile. Ci sono anche supermercati molto vicini che offrono cibi e servizi a microonde, così come vino e birra. Per coloro che non parlano francese o tedesco, ci sono diversi canali BBC. Un passo facile alla stazione. Ci piaceva visitare qui.

L'accoglienza in questo albergo è eccellente, il personale fa sentire le persone come a casa, in particolare la padrona. Il ristorante è di alto livello: cibo molto curato e servizio impeccabile. Merita la mezza pensione. La camera era molto carina anche se con qualche rifinitura da sistemare. Situato nella parte alta del villaggio con una bella vista sulle montagne e a pochi passi dalla partenza della funivia per le piste da sci. L'albergo possiede 3-4 posteggi e le altre auto devono essere lasciate in fondo al paese in un garage un po' angusto (nessun problema se non si tocca l'auto durante tutto il soggiorno, più complicato se si vuole spostarsi). Nel complesso certamente un albergo da raccomandare.
