Hotel con colazione inclusa a Burbank

Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. L'hotel è situato in posizione centrale nel centro cittadino, quindi ci sono diversi ristoranti e negozi di alimentari nelle vicinanze.

Le recensioni che dicono che questo hotel non è necessariamente proprio accanto a qualsiasi cosa interessante sono corrette, ma è vicino a un rampa fuori. Altrimenti tutto il resto dell'hotel è buono, e la stanza è una delle più belle che abbia mai soggiornato per un po'.

La stanza e la posizione erano così pubblicitarie, tuttavia non abbiamo sentito il servizio come previsto e abbiamo avuto il senso che il manager tratta i suoi clienti con sospetto. Abbiamo prenotato una suite con letto di Kingsize e un letto da divano per 4 persone (mi, mia moglie e 2 bambini), la prima volta che ho visto un hotel lascia solo una pizzo per il letto da divano. Abbiamo chiesto delle piastrelle extra alla nostra prima notte e sono state negate perché ”non avevano abbastanza di loro” (la prima volta che ho sentito una cosa del genere), poi il giorno dopo, quando siamo andati direttamente al divano frontale, Ci sono state chieste quante persone abbiamo in camera come se la nostra richiesta fosse perche' eravamo incastrando persone. Infine abbiamo avuto le piastrelle extra, ma ci ha sorpreso la risposta iniziale. Poi, quando volevamo controllare, la persona che si occupava del desk front sembrava annoiata che non solo abbiamo lasciato le chiavi, ma anche voleva un ricevimento, e non ha collaborato quando abbiamo chiesto di controllare il numero della carta di credito del buono. Solo quando ci annoiavamo, si è iniziato a collaborare. Francamente, sono sorpreso che un agente di servizio frontale non sappia che alcuni dei suoi clienti sono viaggiatori internazionali e voglia esaminare tutte le informazioni perché potrebbe essere difficile per noi chiedere modifiche in caso di errore. Non abbiamo avuto altri problemi con la pulizia delle stanze e non abbiamo usato altre strutture, le macchine di vendita non hanno soda, potrebbe essere una questione di rifornimento. In generale, mentre il soggiorno era OK, a causa delle nostre interazioni con il personale dei servizi dell'hotel, non lo consigliamo veramente.

Mary-Ann and Ryan at the front desk were more than welcoming. They recommended some of the best local happy hour nearby and accommodated all questions and concerns I had. They're a big reason I joined the Marriott Bonvoy club membership thingy or whatever its called. I was soon greeted by a tasty cold beverage and felt right at home. My room was so spacious to the point that I got lost in the East wing of my own room looking for the bathroom. Easy parking underground, just very cozy all around. I don't make it to Burbank very often when traveling for business, but if I come back anytime soon, I'm coming here. It just felt like the kind of place you can call home and they'll remember your name upon arrival and provide fun conversation. I like this place. Doesn't have that ”we might hear a drive by shooting when we're trying to sleep” kind of feel.

We stayed there for 2 nights and it was a horrible experience. The first room they assigned to us did not have a full curtain. It had half a curtain so people outside could see inside and in the morning, the sun would wake us up very early. The second room had a dirty carpet and a dirty sheet. I asked front desk if they had housekeeping available to change the sheet. Front desk employee laughed and said no. Told me to bring the dirty sheet down to front desk and she would give me a clean sheet to change the bed. There was no shamooo or conditioner. We stayed 2 nights and I was told to bring the wet, dirty towels down to front desk and she would provide replacement towels. In addition, you have to wait in line to exchange the towel and it takes quite a while. The continental breakfast included coffee and stale, mini muffins. No fruit as advertised on website. One of the 2 elevators was not working. The front desk employees is were not friendly to or helpful. The carpet in hallways was very dirty and worn. I would recommend you stay at another hotel. This location needs to be inspected by the health department.

This is my favorite hotel. We stay here every year. I usually have a great stay! This year not so much! Rooms refrigerator didn’t work and it spoiled our food, and they switched from sample size shampoo and conditioner to full size pumps attached to wall with nothing inside! Thank goodness I bought some shampoo just in case! Beds were a little harder than what I have remembered. I know they have new ownership. I hope this is not how it’s going to be next year too. Other than than I like this hotel, great location.

Sai che i prezzi americani sono elevati, e non si aspetta che questo tipo di ambiente e servizio sia lo stesso in casa, ma il primo giorno di uscire e giocare torna nella stanza, e scopri che la stanza è stata raccolta, ma non è un genere di guaio. Abbiamo entrambi incastrato una scatola e una scatola nella stanza una notte prima Il cappello apparve inconsapevolmente sul pavimento. Il cappello sembra essere deliberatamente messo sotto il lavastoviglie. Il cappello è sul pavimento vicino al bagno, quindi non riesce a vedere il cappello così ovvio sul pavimento.

I had an early flight the next morning so I chose to stay at this Marriott. I hadn't stayed there in over 15 years and I have to say, nothing has been done to upgrade this hotel at all. My first room reeked of smoke, my 2nd room must have had water damage because there was an industrial fan there with towels. Finally, I was given a 3rd room on the 2nd floor of the newer tower. It didn't smell like smoke but the cleanliness was lacking (hair in the shower, worn dirty wallpaper). The AC unit was so loud, it was hard to sleep but I guess I should be happy it worked because when I was getting keys to the various rooms, several people were at the front desk asking for room changes because the AC wasn't working. To cut to the chase, this hotel is so dated and likely stays in business because of the proximity to BUR. I'm not sure what Marriott is doing about the namesake brand but it's gone way downhill. I would not recommend you stay here unless you have an early flight.

酒店在Burbank，那裡不太有遊客，更很少見到華人，聽説這一片是華納兄弟的區域，對面有正在搭建的攝影棚，屬於很小眾的酒店。酒店裝修典雅，頗有年代感，入住的也大多是老年人，房間還是可以的，早餐較為簡單，只有貝果，酸奶，牛奶咖啡等，我讓服務員把牛奶加熱一下，需另收費5美元，如果需要雞蛋或者其他的食品都需要另收費，當然這並不是酒店的錯，但我個人認為這點上有點小氣了，畢竟房間收費1800+的價格放在那裡，早餐增加雞蛋也是合情理的，我住了6晚，真實點評！

Wife and I travel Alot. This Hotel Rates as one of the Best we stayed at. Clean, comfortable. The front desk was easy check in. Oliver was professional. No issues. The room was a upgraded room. Super clean. Quiet, room view was looking out to the mountain. TV had over 30 plus Clean direct TV channels. Netflix and pandora. Bed was super big, comfortable with multiple pillows. Bathroom had nice shower with tub. Very clean. Shower had shampoo, conditioner and liquid dispensers in the shower. Room had iron and Iron board. Plenty of desk space. Small refrigerator and microwave. Electric outlets on every wall and end tables and comfortable couch. Climate control on the wall, easy to work. Plenty of lights. Room darkening curtains. Close to all shopping and restaurants. Few miles from Burbank Airport.
