I enjoyed two nights at this homely hotel in a beautiful setting with a lake, beach and sizeable grounds. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. The turf fire in the lounge (unfortunately needed even in June) added to the coziness and comfort. A few rugs in the lounge would help absorb the sound as the floorboards are quite creaky. Both breakfast and the bar food were very good and the latter, reasonably priced. There is also a more formal restaurant, however I didn’t eat there so can’t comment on it. The single room was a good size, with no single supplement, which is appreciated. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept like a baby both nights. The shower was good although it would be nice to have Voya or other Irish products rather than ones made in England. Overall, a very nice hotel that I would recommend and would return to.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Renvyle House 13/16 th June. Our room had everything we could wish for. Food was delicious. We loved the surroundings and the beautiful scenery. It was hard to leave! Best of all we were able to bring our little miniature dachshund Rudy with us - it just made our holiday! Thank you to all the wonderful staff who looked after us so well. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

We came for my brother’s wedding and rented the entire resort out for two nights. The hotel staff went above and beyond in making the entire stay amazing! It’s great to have everything you need on-site. We can’t say enough great things about it. I still dream about the hot tubs overlooking the Atlantic! The only “negative” is that the 3-hole golf course was destroyed last year with a big storm; Sadly, it doesn’t look like they have plan to try and reopen the course in the near future.

We were there for a wedding, and what a phenomenal job the resort did to accommodate all the disparate needs of everyone there. The staff was amazing. The food was out of this world, and our room had everything we needed. The resort had a hot tub with a view to die for, a swimming pool, a beach within walking distance, and a lake with boats and kayaks available for the day. It was hard to leave! Recommend, recommend, recommend!!!

We just got back from hosting our three day wedding at Renvyle and the entire experience was incredible. Working with Ben made the planning go by easily, Anne Marie looked after us so well during our stay making sure everything went to plan and all of the staff went above and beyond for our guests. We were given recommendations for things to do in the local area, the hotel arranged for different activities like a local guided walk and for local musicians to come and play. The food was absolutely fantastic and many of our guests didn’t want to leave at the end. Renvyle is an incredibly comfortable place to stay in an absolutely gorgeous location. It is really well worth the trip out there. We can’t wait to go back!

The staff at Renvyle were incredibly attentive, anticipating your every need, and often before you even knew you needed it! The history of Renvyle was reason enough to stay, and the picturesque landscape was breathtaking, but the staff made the trip. All were warm and welcoming and we hated to leave!

This was one of our favorite places on our month tour of Ireland. The location and views are excellent. The staff was exceptional. My twin boys said they felt like princes and that this was their favorite hotel to date in their lives. It was remarkable. Definitely recommend

This hotel is one of the most relaxed places I have ever stayed. Wonderful staff who were very friendly, polite, very obliging and respectful and always smiling. Very comfortable hotel with a variety of quiet areas to sit inside and out. Spacious rooms. Hot tubs overlooking wonderful west coast scenery. Could not fault anything. We would hope to return one day.

We stayed here with a large group for two days, what a delightful Hotel with wonderful staff. We were made welcome from the minute we arrived and looked after with top quality food and service throughout our stay. It is in an unspoilt spot from which to explore, or just enjoy yourselves with what the Hotel has to offer.
