The house has been freshly renovated and decorated with a mix of modern and vintage pieces. It is within walking distance of the bus line. It is a 10-12 Uber ride to the strip district, south side or PPG Paints Arena. Easy access to I-279 and the parkway. It is about 20 minutes to the airport, depending on time of day/traffic.The spaceThe Space EssentialsWe take pride in offering a naturally clean, warm and welcoming space. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom. The house is stocked with linens, towels and amenities in the kitchen and the bathroom to make your stay more convenient. There is a Black & Decker 4-in-1 coffee-maker, as well as microwave, pots, pans and other cooking items in the kitchen for guests to be able to cook their own food. There is free WiFi and TV with a Blu-Ray player, we keep a selection of DVD/BluRay discs on hand. After the last incident, the neighbor’s have a zero tolerance for parties and will contact the police. If you are interested in having a few friends visit you at the house please notify me but for insurance reasons and out of respect for my neighbors I must enforce this rule. Our L couch provides optimal seating for gathering around the TV along with our designated reading nook! We also have an additional lounge room toward the back; A cozy place to fix a drink and stream the game! The back door out to the back yard is also located on this level. The upstairs floor has 3 bedrooms, along with our second full bathroom.
