"我們一行七人，上有老下有小的自駕來到保利度假區別墅。管家提前加了微信，溝通入住事宜，還很貼心地跑到別墅來幫我們辦入住，省去了在前台停一下的步驟。進房間第一感覺是設施比照片陳舊很多，但是用酒精濕巾擦下來都基本是乾淨的。何況還有卡拉OK，真是讓我激動了一把！晚上洗漱也方便，因為每個卧室都帶一個衞生間，互相都不影響！床品也比較舒適。位置上離海灘步行15分鐘左右，就在絲綢之路博物館後面，也挺方便。性價比挺高，一家人出行推薦這裏！"

"裝修和宣傳的照片一致，環境挺好的，就是我們下午兩點多到的時候才剛開始搞衞生，體驗感比較差，彌補方案是延遲了一個小時退房和送了2桶純凈水，但是剛進去滿屋子消毒水的味道，包括等他們搞衞生的時候，體驗感不好了影響較大。訂的是帶泳池的户型，週六價格也比較高，但是不願意重新換泳池的水，説做不到一客一換，因為本來就是為了給小孩玩水才訂的，在強烈要求下，才同意換泳池水。綜合來説，環境不錯，自己家庭體驗感也不錯，商家服務體驗感一般，看在有彌補方案的基礎上給到4.5分"
