Surcharge for Large Groups Please be advised that a surcharge of $75 per person per night will be applied to any guest count exceeding 12 at our properties. It should reflect this surcharge up to 16 guests. Pet fee There is an additional $ 75 cleaning fee if you bring pets. Please note, that we do not allow dogs on furniture, but if you do, please use a blankie for your fur baby. The backyard is mostly fenced in but it's impossible to secure 5.2 acre of backyard. Cancellation Policy VRBO's cancellation terms allow guests to cancel right before their stay, which is not ideal for a property of this size that typically does not accommodate last-minute bookings. To address this, we offer a refund if your dates are rebooked at the rate we secure, up to the amount of your original payment. Additionally, we provide a full refund within the first 48 hours of booking, aligning with the cancellation policies of other platforms. This is a top 5% property in Asheville area, and so rebooking it should not be hard, as long as you do not cancel last minute.
