Kamar luas, fasilitas tv kabel tidak ada, fasilitas kamar mandi dg bathtub tapi tutup bathtub tidak ada, kebersihan kolam renang harus lebih ditingkatkan, variasi menu sarapan perlu diperhatikan.
Perlu dilakukan maintenance utk sarana dan prasarana...

When were there, it was almost empty and we felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. Breakfast buffet was limited to small choice. Twin room was quite spacious. It was pretty clean and well maintained. For a 3-star, they supplied with soap, shampoo and even dental brush kit. The staff was helpful to lend us a mobile charger adapter. Location is close to main amenities in the city.

Het Royal Denai Hotel is het meest vieze hotel waar we ooit hebben verbleven. Er lagen 2 vieze onderbroeken van de vorige gast in de kamer. Het bed was niet verschoond, er zat bloed in het bed. Het matras zit vol met schimmel en vlekken van pis en zweet. In bad liggen erg veel haren van de vorige gast en het douchegordijn is goor. In de kamer zijn enkel handdoeken gelegd maar verder niet schoongemaakt. We hebben om een andere kamer gevraagd, meerdere kamers gezien, helaas waren die ook niet schoon.
