เข้ามาพักครั้งแรก รู้สึกเสียใจมากๆ กับการจองโรงแรมนี้ ฉันจองโรงแรมนี้ใน Tip.com พนักงานเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มสำหรับต่างชาติ 10rm. อันนี้เราเข้าใจ แต่เราได้ทำการชำระรวมทั้งหมดให้ทางแอพ Tip.com แล้ว และได้โชว์ใบเสร็จที่ทางTip.com ส่งมาให้ทางอีเมลล์แล้ว จะเขียนไว้ว่าได้ชำระ tourist fee 10rm.(78บาท) แต่ทางโรงแรมไม่ยอม โทรหาผู้จัดการ ตอนนั้นคือเข้ามาเช็คอินใกล้จะ 11pm แล้ว คำตอบที่ได้คือ ผจก. แจ้งว่า โรงแรมนี้ไม่ได้ลงขายทาง Tip.com เลยนะ มีแค่อโกด้าเท่านั้น เฮ้ย..ทางเรามีหลักฐานการจองทุกอย่าง โทรไปโทรมาหา ผจก. บ่อยมาก สุดท้ายเจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งว่า จะให้ขึ้นห้องก่อนแล้วจะตรวจสอบในระบบอีกครั้งว่ามีการจองไหม ใช้เวลาเกือบ 30นาทีที่ยืนรอตรงนั้น พอขึ้นห้องเสร็จ ไม่ถึง 20นาที ทางเจ้าหน้าที่ต้อนรับโทรกลับมา บอกได้เงินจากแอพTip.com มีการจองจริง ถูกต้อง เจอที่เราทำการจองเข้าระบบแล้ว แต่ tourist fee ไม่ได้รับ ต้องชำระเพิ่ม ตอนเช้าค่อยชำระก็ได้ แย่มากๆ ตอนแรกบอกไม่ได้ลงขายห้องพักใน Tip.com และแย่ซ้ำ 2 คือ TIp.com หักเงิน Tourist fee เราไปแล้ว แต่เราต้องมาเสียซ้ำอีก ตัดปัญหาจ่ายไป ถึงจะเงินนิดเดียว แต่มันทำให้หัวเสีย และเสียเวลาเยอะมาก ทั้งดึกแล้วด้วย ไม่ประทับใจในเลย ทั้งโรงแรมและ Tip.com กรณีนี้ใครจะช่วยตอบ

Hotel room small, the cleanliness can can be improved. The sound proof is weak, can hear voice and sound quite loud , people passing by. One thing is good, food and bank is nearby and convenient
