Eine Servicewüste in vielen Bereichen.. aber im Restaurant gibt es noch Mitarbeiter, die Gäste noch gern bedienen. Nach einem desaströsen Aufenthalt mit lauten Stinkwanzen im Zimmer, eine Balkontüre die man kaum zumachen konnte und ein Duschkopf, der regelmässig lautstark herunterfiel... bekam man eine wenig emphatische Antwort. Danubius Bük möchte vom Preis her gern ein 4 Sterne Hotel sein, aber von der Sauberkeit und Service sind die nicht mehr, als 3. Leider entwickelt sich die Welt so, der Kunde ist nicht mehr König, sondern ein notwendiger Störfaktor. Positiv in den renovierten Etagen: Die Betten, die Zimmereinrichtung, das Essen, das Restaurant!
